We rented this house for a short skitrip at Discovery. The location was perfect for our group - since we were coming from both Missoula and Bozeman. Usually we stay in Philipsburg, but staying closer to the mountain made the morning a little more relaxed. The house is very well supplied for cooking. And the hot tub is amazing. Had such a great time we already booked another stay for March.

We have stayed here twice for family and friends vacations to ski at Discovery and have LOVED this place. It is so gorgeous, and my favorite part is the view when i first wake up each morning of georgetown lake. Highly recommend.

Ray’s Cabin is the quintessential perfect Montana getaway. Idyllic setting amongst the mountains and on a creek. 15 minutes to Phillipsburg for restaurants and shops, 10 minutes to great cross country skiing, and minutes to some of the best trout fishing in the country. Beautiful home to the point where we almost moved in! Really comfortable beds and nice pillows! Kitchen was beautiful and had all the amenities you could ask for. Ray was super helpful in offering spots to go skiing and very responsive when we had questions about the cabin. Can’t wait to stay there again!

This was our second time staying at this house. It’s a great spot in a beautiful area! Close to Discovery for skiing, and an easy drive to Phillipsburg. The house accommodated 2 families comfortably. We had a great visit and definitely recommend it!

This house and location is beautiful, we had a great time. Becky was super flexible when our plans changed. She is a fantastic host - responsive, friendly, and understanding. Great location for skiing or just enjoying the views. Family friendly - lots of space, toys, games, and puzzles! Hoping to make this an annual trip and will 10/10 try to book this spot again. Thank you!!

The place was exactly as Jon described. The views from the front windows were incredible. The place had everything we needed. Jon was excellent with his communication. We would probably return at some time, although we love to go and try new places, so we will see. Thank you so much.

This is a great spot right on the lake!! Thanks Diana. The house was very peaceful and the views from pretty much everywhere in the house were fantastic. It was a great getaway spot, and close enough to Philipsburg and Anaconda to go in to town for a bite/coffee within 20-25 min. Shout out to Sherrys Bakery!

This was a beautiful space for a ladies retreat! The hosts were the nicest I have encountered and we felt right at home. Some have commented that it is off that the hosts live in the space when not rented. That is different than I’ve experienced in the past, but in this case, it wasn’t weird at all. 😊 We enjoyed the space, location and attentiveness of the hosts. Would return!!

If you show up at night in the dark, the place is harder to see and find. It is the second right after the second bridge. We were told it was the first right and that made it hard to find at night. During daylight would have been no problem to find. The location and house were fantastic and we plan on staying here again for sure!
