Vacation rentals with breakfast in Décines-Charpieu

The house is very nice and welcoming, with all the materials and equipment available. We did not meet Catherine in person but we spoke on the phone to find the house and get in, all without any problems. There are a lot of mosquitoes (in the area) and Catherine left preventive and soothing coils and sprays, which is very much appreciated. Overall we had a nice stay.

Pleasant and comfortable stay in an accommodation with two bedrooms, one bathroom, independent toilet and gym upstairs, and a spacious and well-equipped living / kitchen room, wc on the ground floor. Private parking. Quiet area close to the city center with shops and food market where you can walk. Audrey is welcoming and responsive. Good communication. Dogs are allowed and the environment close to a forest is very nice. Very good experience, we recommend it.

The place and the pool are very clean. Everything is at our disposal. we had a great stay.

The house is as described. Coralie is a responsive and available host. She was able to provide us with 3 cribs as well as toys. Thank you! Communication is easy. The environment is most quiet. It should be noted, however, that the charm of the old implies the presence of many levels/half-levels/steps and is not necessarily advisable for those who have difficulty moving around.

This apartment is great! There is so much room for a single bedroom, and the balcony is always nice to get some fresh air without leaving the apartment. The check-in was slightly confusing, but other than that, the room is clean, and fully fleshed out with anything you would need - an umbrella, books to read, a fully stocked kitchen. The bathroom and the personal washer was great. The neighborhood is also incredible - the park is close by, which was one of the highlights of my stay. There are wonderful restaurants a few minutes away - and the metro that brings you to the heart of Lyon is 5 minutes away. All in all, I would stay here again if I came back!

Great but too short stay at Jérémie's apartment! Everything is turnkey, there is nothing else to do but put your things down and enjoy the functions of the apartment and the surroundings. I will return without hesitation for a longer stay in Lyon!

We loved our stay in Leas Apartment. It had everything we needed and was very cozy. It does not get much daylight but that was fine with us. Highly recommend!

Listing as described/photos. David is a very friendly and responsive/available host before, during and after the stay. The apartment is designed to feel like a bubble where time stands still. My spouse and I had a lovely time here. The directions to this one are simple/clear. Very well located, various shops/bars/restaurants and train station nearby. We would definitely recommend this airbnb and will be happy to come back!

The place was great. Despite being on a major street, it was all pedestrian traffic. 25meters to the M line for the city subway. So easy to use that line to get around, or go back to main train station. The bed in the smaller bedroom was a little softer than most, but the bigger bedroom had a great mattress. Kitchen well stocked. Child is vegan so we cooked a couple times. Everything you need to cook a great meal is there. Oven/stove work perfectly. Might be a little more expensive than what some others are, but probably worth it if you are going to use the resources available

Emilie's apartment complies with the photos . Warm and very pleasant to live in. 5 minutes' walk from Jean Mace subway station. I had a great time there .

This is our second time staying at Sabine's - she is very welcoming, a great host and made us feel right at home! The apartment is very clean and furnished in country style. Sabine also served us a great breakfast with fresh fruit, jams, bread and croissants.

Muriel and his wife are very friendly and always willing to help. Muriel volunteered to drive me and my son to the train station, help us with recommendation for all interesting locations that we visited , he also made a Map for us. I strongly recommend!!!

It was a gorgeous area. The breakfast was fantastic. We wish we could have been in the area longer.

Just arrived back home and struggling to find the words as anything I write would not do it justice. Both Frederic and Stephan are absolutely amazing and rare to find people. They are lovely, caring, considerate and very kind. Its a 5star treatment and worth planning a trip again round the area just to stay with them again for a few days. The little home they created for their guests is just as lovely and welcoming and very carefully put together with an evident love and care. Wouldn’t think twice to book with them again! Its a no brainer. Ps Stephanes apple cake is to die for! Im sure he was a chef in another life :) Thank you Frederic & Stephan xx
