The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about 10 minutes walk. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts who were always available for any requests or information.

Deborah gave us a very warm welcome on the evening of our arrival. She is a very obliging and attentive hostess. Deborah was so helpful that she even helped to bake a birthday cake for our daughter. We were given a small present as a farewell gift. The unheated pool was the highlight and was always great for cooling off. The accommodation itself is functionally furnished. We slept very well in the beds. The accommodation is private and quiet in the middle of an olive plantation. We didn't really notice the nearby industrial area. There are many great beaches and activities in the area, just ask Deborah for recommendations.

Ugo's pool villa is located between the two most famous beaches of the Marina di Tertenia, Foxi Manna and Foxi Mordegu: the main road is unique even if not lit at night, surely with Google Maps and the provided location is impossible not to reach the place comfortably. The house is in a private village closed to the public (if you have friends nearby you can't host them, on the other hand there are solutions with a shared pool if you want to take a group vacation). You will have a key to open the automatic gate and a climb that takes you to an exclusive space next to the house to leave your car. The swimming pool is beautiful treated with salt (ask to explain how to turn on the night light). There are loungers, a relaxing corner, and a table. The porch is huge and there's shade from late morning onwards. The interior of the house is clean and tidy with everything you need (dishwasher, climate, coffee machine). Ugo is always available for any problem!

Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

We lived in Manuela's house with 9 people. There was enough space and we felt very comfortable. The pool was "gold" for the kids :) The view of the sea and the daily breakfast on the terrace cannot be paid with money, just a dream. We miss it....Since we came to Sardinia by car, we were able to visit many beautiful beaches and places. We also booked a boat with skipper, just ask at the port of Porto Corallo. He drove us to snorkel and swim at beautiful coves with crystal clear waters. That was an experience for all of us. Manuela's house is large and stocked with everything you could ever need, nothing was missing in the kitchen. It should be noted that there is no filter coffee machine, but a capsule machine. Manuela is really a perfect host, upon arrival there were drinks (water, sparkling wine, juice) and ice cubes in the fridge, a cake, snacks, noodles were ready. Thank you

Very beautiful place. We had a wonderful stay

We were warmly welcomed by Giovanni's parents. The property is paradise. Turtles, parrots, chickens, and cats sweetened our day. The house is very well equipped and clean. Franca and Beniamino give good advice and are present every morning, which we were very pleased. The location is excellent, you can reach the supermarkets and the water very quickly. Portoscuso offers more than it looks at first sight. Overall, highly recommended, we'd love to come back and can't wait to start our stay.

We (a group of 3 couples) stayed a good week in the cottage. In the dark it was not quite so easy to find the driveway, but otherwise everything worked out very well. The house and rooms are exactly as shown and also described in the photos. The equipment of pots and dishes is very good, wine glasses it could be a few more. The view from the terrace is fantastic, the location is quiet, everything very pleasant. You can easily reach the beach and the small supermarket on foot, but the way home is a little bit strenuous. The beach is totally pleasant, beautiful sand, great water, a bar, what more could you want. Enrico's information was helpful, he was easily accessible and responded directly. All in all, we enjoyed it very much. Glad to come back!

We had a great time staying at Aldo's place. The house is great and has everything you need. The pool outside the front door is a real eye-catcher. We loved it! Thank you for the hospitality :-)

The stay has met all our expectations. Comfortable accommodation equipped with all the essentials. Marcello is a very prepared host,before arrival he gave us useful tips about the area and during the stay we interacted very little as we did not need it. Everything went smoothly! We only took the car 4 or 5 times in 12 days to visit other renowned beaches or to do "big shopping". Nearby there are still some restaurants and various services (markets a little expensive but useful in case of need). The beach is 100 meters away, not even! I personally appreciated it a lot for spaces and natural features: large grained sand with yellow colors that made the water a particular emerald color. Only negative note: for 3 nights,probably in a nearby bar, there was a lot of noise. One of these until 6 am! Many in the neighborhood complained to confirm the actual noise caused.

Dalia is a exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. What to write more , great apartment, very very nice , managed very well and you find everything you need, nothing is missing, not to mention the excellent cleanliness. For family reasons I am often in Sardinia. I have stayed in many different places and here I can write that I saw the difference, the apartment is in an intimate quiet historic area and with a church bell tower view that at night has its beauty, if I have to be picky, parking, if you think about parking in front of the door entrance, it's not like that. Beautiful property in the countryside. You can tell Raffaela puts a lot of effort into curating the space so that it is very liveable. Location is great, close to many beautiful beaches, and some nice restaurants.

The best place to be, the best attention, definitely 100% recommended, supermarket very close with everything, you can walk, cozy, quiet, complete, with more than you need to be peacefully. Immensely large! lots of spaces to take advantage of, super comfortable, for families with kids, seniors.

The House is very spacious and has a nice garden and veranda! We really enjoyed the tennis courts (there were even rackets to use) and the beach is super close! Restaurants and supermarkets are just a few minutes by car and the house has a parking spot. The communication was very easy via whats app. The kitchen and the bathroom are a little wonky but we found everything we needed. The two bedrooms are nice and the mattresses are quite firm (for some people it might matter).

Very clean, spacious place. The owners welcomed us very well (small gifts were waiting for us for the aperitif). Both present and discreet, they were able to provide us with all the necessary tips to enjoy the region and were available. Beautiful beaches nearby and a village where you will find everything you need: restaurants, pharmacy, bakery.... The air conditioning in the living room was very appreciated. However, it was more difficult to refresh rooms equipped with ceiling fan. This week's review is very positive and we highly recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

The beautiful, spacious apartment is one of four and has many private outdoor seating and a well-kept, shared pool. With our two small children we spent a wonderful 8 days here and enjoyed the pool for us very much, as none of the other apartments were occupied. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is sparkling clean. The beds were rather hard for our taste. Great for us were the mosquito nets on all the windows and the shutters to darken the rooms. Even though we didn't meet Rita in person, she was a wonderful host. Reachable at any time and made sure we had everything. We would highly recommend this place to families, couples, friends and many more and thank the hosts for everything.

We had a fantastic week in Oct 2024 in Simone's summer house. Great location under the Mediterranean pine trees 150m from the beach. Spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids to not feel crowded. Well supplied with towels, soap and kitchen essentials. Simone was a example of Sardinian hospitality, he made us feel welcome from the 1st moment and was very understanding when we were late because of a delay. Arrival and departure were as easy as can be. Definitely recommend this place!
