My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

the house was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and had an amazing view. the owners were amazing. they cleaned everyday, communicated amazingly, asked if we needed anything, and were very friendly. the shower was amazing and so was the pool. we had a great week at house. Large, comfortable house with amazing sea views. Everything needed is available for the convenience of guests. Wide and large yard with space to park your car. The house is in a communicative location and a quick drive to establishments and various beaches on either side of the sleeve. We would visit her again .

We’ve had a wonderful time at Apostolos’ place. Everything was just as described. The host was very friendly and welcoming, gave us clear instructions and amazing recommendations for restaurants.

We had the great opportunity to be one of the first guests in this lovely house! When I saw the listing, I booked immediately. Everything was as described. The house is outside of the busy and noisy area, at a walkable distance, beautifully surrounded by nature, peace and quiet. We loved walking to the centre in the evenings, drinking wine near the pool, and chilling in the yard. The hosts are very friendly and kind persons. They respected our privacy and were very helpful with our requests! We were communicating before and during our stay and I hope someday we will meet again!

Μιχάλης is a friendly and wonderful host. He met us at the door and gave us a tour and clear instructions about the apartment. The apartment is so clean and the view of the mountain is spectacular! There are many cafes and restaurants, and a nice park too, within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

What a great house! We stayed for 8 days with our two children aged 4 and 6. The house was lovely and clean with lots of space, including air con in two bedrooms and the main living area and fans in the others. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space to cook if required and outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus. The villa is in a quiet area in a complex of just 10 villas with a large shared pool with splash pool on the side, we all appreciated the use of it during a hot august stay. The views from the house over the sea and peninsula from the roof terrace and large outdoor dining area are stunning. If you are going to sit out in the evening bring mosquito repellent as the gardens attract them, it’s not a reflection on the house just part of life in this region. The location is also great with a supermarket at the bottom of a short hill and central Hanioti a 15 minute walk. Would thoroughly recommend and book again

Our stay was absolutely magical! From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the home and its peaceful surroundings. A dream come true for our family of 10. The heated outdoor pool was a highlight, allowing us to indulge in nighttime swims under the stars before heading to the spacious sauna that comfortably fit all of us! Every corner of the house was immaculate, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for delicious meals together. Each room was beautifully appointed, with exquisite attention to detail, and they provided an abundance of fresh, fluffy towels.The thoughtful provisions of essentials like coffee, sugar, kitchen supplies, and toiletries—those small gestures made us feel right at home. Mrs. Petroula was an absolute treasure! Her warmth & hospitality made us feel like we were part of the local community. She guided us to hidden gems in the area, and we even went dancing with the villagers! Staying in this luxurious home was an unforgettable experience!

The place is in a very beautiful location with a wonderful view to the sea. It is very spacious, with all amenities, and feels homely. Alexandros was very responsive and helpful. Had a great stay overall - would recommend.

We stayed with children the house is very convenient for this , a large private area , a beautiful barbecue area. Very comfortable house and rooms , everything was clean .

Discreetly located on a hill, surrounded by 20 ha of land, the villa with swimming pool offers a fantastic view of Drama and its surroundings. The architecture of the house is fantastic and the decor of the rooms is extremely stylish. All rooms have air conditioning and the kitchen is fully equipped for the kitchen. There is a Greek tavern in the neighborhood and in a few minutes driving distance there are two supermarkets. The sea is about 40 min away. Distance, but the property is so nice that we stayed there most of the time. Last but not least, Anna, Achim and family are great hosts.
