John's place was amazing. I got a chance to watch the snow fall from the sun room. The snow scenery was very beautiful around the lake. Will definitely be back when it's warmer.

The Lilly Pad was a great place and very clean. We were very comfortable and peaceful. The whole property is well taken care of and well put together. I would never know it was pet friendly if it was not advertised.The communication was top notch and our only issue is we could not stay longer. We will most definitely book again for another girls' trip.

My family and I got to call this place home for 4 months and we couldn't have been happier. Billy and his family went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were always helpful for whatever we needed, even offered us a spare tree to put up for Christmas. We absolutely loved Skippy and his friend Gypsy. My daughters are already looking forward to going back one day and so am I!

This is a really nice house. Decorated nicely and the open floor plan was great. The view of the river is awesome and the sunrise is beautiful. We would highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed here twice, I waited too long to review the first time🥺. We love this place it’s quiet, off the road a bit so you don’t really hear traffic. One of the best beds for sleeping! Kind of reminds me of my grandparents home. Cozy and cute. I’m almost reluctant to say how much we like it as y’all might book it when I want it again. Our daughter lives about 20 minutes away and Shiloh battlefield is about the same in the opposite direction. Don’t miss it if you have the time.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was absolutely beautiful, charming and clean. We look forward to staying here again when we visit the area.

Staying at Jana’s was such a blessing! We are building in the area and to have a home base to cook, do laundry, rest, and enjoy our evenings is so crucial for us right now during the stress of building and caring for a small farm while not being able to stay on site yet. Her home was so full of love and care towards meeting our needs. Stocked fridge, toiletries, laundry soap and so much more. She has everything there for emergencies and what makes a house a home. We loved it! The location is the best in waverly. Right downtown and 6 minutes from our property. We could go back n forth with ease. She was so accommodating and clearly cared about our well being. I would highly recommend her home!

The place is in excellent condition. The staff of the campground/marina were all helpful and friendly. The water is an easy walk and if you have fishing equipment, there are lots of places to drop a line in. I expected the cabin to be overlooking the water. I could have misread the description because I booked in a hurry, but when I saw there was no lakeside view I thought the price was high.

Brian’s cottage is adorable. Very private and easy to find. Loved the Caribbean theme 🏝️⛱️🏖️

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was the perfect getaway. Judy and Bob were wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

It was a short trip for business that didn't allow for time to enjoy the marina and its activities, but it looks like a great place to take a large group for a fun trip.

This place is so great that if I’m anywhere close I will be staying here!!! So beautiful!!!!

Coby’s place was a wonderful little getaway spot. Nice and relaxing. Perfect for stargazing and enjoying the Tennessee river. Friendly neighbors as well. I hope to come back one day!

Had a wonderful stay at Tims place. The lot was exactly as described with easy access to the water and beautiful views. Tim was very responsive and was able to accommodate us at the last minute. I would definitely book it again.

The location is very peaceful in that you overlook the water. The quality of towels and wash cloths could be better. The place has a smell to it but they do allow animals so perhaps that’s the reason. The entire camper could use a good deep cleaning but otherwise it’s sufficient.
