Fast in communications, great location

I can’t say enough about this apartment. Amazing location, extremely responsive and communicative host, large and comfortable one bedroom apartment with everything you need. We stayed for over 6 weeks and were extremely happy. Just note that it is 6 floors up with no elevator, so if you have a lot of heavy luggage be prepared.

Regularly come to Beersheva for work. This was the first time staying at Yaaqov's apartment. Far and away the best place I have stayed to date. Big spacious and bright apartment with a nice balcony. Absolutely everything needed is in the apartment - huge numbers of little extras all over: coffee machine, milk foamer, washer/dryer, plenty of pillows/blankets/sheets... The assigned parking spot is covered and private. About a 25 minute walk to Ben Gurion University. Two malls, a large grocery store, a bakery, Asian food store and many other shops in very close walking distance. Yaaqov was always available to answer any question. Just a great place. Will absolutely stay here again next time I am coming to town. Indeed, I booked the apartment for an additional 3 weeks because it was so nice and convenient.

This was the perfect apartment for our visit to Jerusalem! It was the most perfect location, walking distance to everything! The apartment had beautiful decor and was very comfortable. The amenities with parking, swimming pool, sauna and 24 hour security made it the perfect spot for our visit! We would definitely come back again!

Ben’s place was even more beautiful than what was shown in pictures. Beautiful, secure building and mirpeset was great to sit outside and watch the nearby city life. The beds were very comfortable and the living area was comfortable and roomy. I wish we were able to stay longer! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others 100%

Very clean and well maintained apartment with all amenities you need. Very bright and Sunny with a stunning view of the city and the sea (from balcony). Negatives: tight elevator. Extra payment for electricity and construction noise outside (moderate) and in the apartment above (temporary). Overall good value for money and I would surely come back again!

We will definitely be back. We started traveling the world July 16th and our 3 weeks here were so relaxing after our time in Europe. The views were incredible. Very friendly hosts. Close to beach. Water was amazing! Convenient for our tour guide to pick us up. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The apartment is very clean and lovely. Perfect for families. The view is one of the best in Tel Aviv. A large terrace allows you to spend a lot of time there. I will definitely return to the apartment again. 5 starts for everything.👍 ⭐️

Location in the heart of the ancient city of Madaba, parking in front of the property, check-in is self check-in and the host is very welcoming, will share the history of his city with you. wow... we went kn family trip to tel aviv for 10 days..and this was the best decision we could make. the location is amazing...very happening, great restaurants and bars, never tzedek and the area is gorgeous to walk around...lots of parks for the kids. the beach is 15 min walk...the markets and the shuk. Jaffa is around the corner, and Rotcbild or Florentine are just few moments to walk. the apartment is amazing, the building is safe and very convenient. the pool, the gym, and the parking spot are a massive perk. We returned to this apartment for a second visit after visiting several other properties in Jerusalem. We found this location to provide the most authentic experience, offering a unique atmosphere compared to the newer, modern apartments. The location is excellent, with the market conveniently located just outside, providing access to high-quality food and supplies, as well as excellent restaurants. The train station is also nearby, making it easy to travel anywhere in Jerusalem by train or bus. We had another outstanding family stay – thank you.
