A cozy vacation home perfectly located near the beach (200 m), the dunes (25 m) and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee (300 m). The house is nicely decorated for up to 2 adults and 2 children. From the sunny terrace, you enter the living room through a spacious hallway. From the living room there is access to the bathroom and luxurious kitchen. From the hall, you can also reach the first floor in the room with two single beds and the bedroom with a large double bed and linen closet.

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Our holiday cottage is on the super nice 5 star campsite the Watersnip in Petten.All amenities are available. An outdoor pool; ala cart restaurant; supermarket; animation team; bike rental; laundry, and more. It is located within walking distance of the beach. Nearby are beautiful cycling and walking routes. The Schoorl mountain bike trail is 5 km away. Nearby cities are Schagen and Alkmaar. Shortly to a holiday destination with plenty of opportunities.

De Tapuit

This cozy summer house is located on our yard behind our home. It has a nice kitchen unit, a sitting area with a nice sofa, TV with WiFi, a dining area, 1 bedroom with a double box spring and a nice bathroom. The bed is made up upon arrival. Outside, we have created a nice sunny space for you, which you can use to your heart's content. Peace, and from the street you have a view of the beautiful dunes of Greetings.
