Vacation rentals in Davis Lake

Angela’s place was amazing! When we walked in, we were in awestruck by how classy the furniture selections and decorating were. Also, this was probably the cleanest Air BNB we have stayed in. Angela was very communicative, and she provided great recommendations for places to dine. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening, with the reflection of the full moon over the bay…so cool! We would love to come back to the area, and this place will certainly be our first choice for places to stay!

We stayed at Brandon and Katharina's for our spring break with friends and had a great time. There was plenty of space for our group (5 kids, ages ranging 11-16, and 4 adults) could be together in the large kitchen area or family room/game room or split up in separate areas. Our weather wasn't great so we made good use of the sauna, hot tub, and variety of games available to us. Communication with Brandon and Katharina was fantastic from the time we booked until we lest. We would definitely go back!

We (and our dogs) had an amazing time at Nathan's beautiful home. The setting is ideal—the house is right on the water, the amenities are fantastic, and the neighborhood is beautiful and serene. The house has everything you would want. There is a sweet deck and outdoor area along with a dock and your own private beach—the next house in either direction is almost a half-a-mile away. The perimeter around the house is essentially fully-fenced, which allowed us to swim, paddle board, and hang outside with the pups without worries. Nathan is a great host: He checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. He provided clear instructions about the house and its features, as well as great local recommendations. We really can't say enough great things about our stay. It was by far the most peaceful and relaxing trip we've had and look forward to coming back soon!

Even though most of the days were snowy and very cold, the house was warm and comfortable all the time. A man with a snowplow came mornings to plow the drive and shovel the sidewalk and the porch. There was plenty of room for having family visit for dinner. Walking downtown or to the bay or the beach was enjoyable. We had a great time on our winter getaway.

We rented this place for work for a couple of weeks and had several people coming in and out. The place was great--very clean, with great amenities--and Jay was super easy to work with.

We absolutely loved our stay at Riverhead Rentals. We had family up from Texas and wanted them to experience a quaint Michigan lake town. The house was close to everything in Boyne City and being walkable was just perfect. The house itself was spotless and tastefully decorated, with the perfect kitchen for entertaining. We enjoyed time out on the deck and playing games that came with the house. We had the good fortune of meeting the owners, Michelle and Chris, and they are as lovely as their home! We will definitely return and book this lovely home again.

Holly was so helpful and accommodating. We were in town for a conference, her place was right next door, easy drive or walkable if interested. It was so nice to have the living space and kitchen, that always beats a hotel stay!

Lovely little condo and it is the first door closest to the parking garage. Then only up half a flight of stairs and you were there. Only downfall was parking - the lot out back has less than 20 spaces, some of them handicapped. So we had to pay the $20/day to park overnight in the garage next door. The back parking lot was also not plowed well at all so walking thru on your way to places was a bit treacherous in December. But, all things out of the owner's control. Everything inside was pristine and beautiful. p Plenty of extra blankets and pillows too!
