Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Davenport

We stayed here for a trip to play TPC Deere Run. Very convenient to the course. Tap 22 is a 3 minute drive away which made for a convenient dinner the night of our arrival. The house was easy to get into, and had plenty of parking. Would recommend and stay here again.

Wow, what a cool place. I'll just come back to relax and do sauna next time I'm in the area. very cool space and comfy!

We were in town for a conference and the house was great! So much better than a hotel room. The high temp while we were there was 22°F with a low of -12°F so we didn’t get to use the outside areas. The electric space heaters were nice for those that wanted a warmer bedroom without running the thermostat up.

Very comfortable with a beautiful view of the river. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, we all would love to stay here again.

Tim was an excellent host! Easy instructions on how to get into the house, and responded to questions quickly. This grand old house has been renovated with all modern amenities but kept all the charm. We would definitely stay here again.

Chanda and Jim’s home was the perfect place for my son, his wife, and children. Everyone was very comfortable.

This is the second time we have stayed. Luke has been flexible with check in/out both times. The place is very clean, well stocked, a lot of extras. We would stay again.

Overall we were very pleased with the home. It was very close to the sports complex for our volleyball tournament and it had a garage big enough for our vehicle. While we were not able to use the front door code we were able to use the garage code. I would suggest to confirm the WiFi as described at check in is accurate.

We enjoyed staying at Casey’s condo. It was clean, new, spacious and very nicely appointed! We were in town for our great niece’s high school graduation party and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us, plus our 2 dogs and also for a family gathering Saturday evening. Good neighborhood in which to walk the pups. We had a problem with internet service being out, but we texted Casey and she responded right away and came up with a solution. The unit is on upper level, but no stairs within the condo once you enter the living space. Also, the staircase is wide with good handrails. 2 elderly people in our family gathering had some difficulty with the climb, but were able to come up. Very nice place and we would stay here again on our next visit to Bettendorf.

What a great last minute find for a quick stay in Rock Island. Katie's apartment was great - and just as pictured. Very clean, modern and well maintained with everything you need. Katie was very responsive and was able to provide lots of info and answers to any questions I may have had! staying in Rock Island again- will definitely stay in her homey rental again!!!

It's a great place to stay! Don't hesitate to book. We had a lovely time checking out antiques and thrift stores.

I had the pleasure of staying with Dale and Teresa for a month while on a clinical rotation. My stay was wonderful from day 1. Dale helped me carry all of my luggage in and gave me a tour. The area was very spacious and clean, and had a large desk that was perfect for working/studying. There is a big TV with every cable channel imaginable and a washer/dryer. Dale regularly checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my stay, and even brought me homemade blueberry muffins made by Teresa at one point. The location is quiet and I felt very safe throughout my whole stay. Dale and Teresa are wonderful hosts and I would recommend this location to anyone.

A great space for 3 couples. The beds were comfortable. The gathering space was good for playing games and enjoying the Olympics on TV. The location was perfect for our weekend plans and the amenities were just as we needed. We would book again .

Very clean, Rosemary responded to all of our messages and left us a snack basket and a few things in the fridge. A great host! Super clean and had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway!
