Sebastian's place was absolutely breathtaking from the moment we arrived. The beautiful flowers that arched over the entrance, the unique rock walls of the home, and the open doors that led the eyes to the pool and then to the beautiful ocean ahead were all so picturesque that it almost felt like a dream. We loved the cozy spots around the property, the hammocks overlooking the ocean and the large poufs specifically were crowd favorites. The long table was also a central spot for good talks, laughs, and many memories. A special shoutout to Doods, who made our stay even better. He was so helpful, being our driver, helping us with our luggage, and generally being our guide around the place, making sure we were comfortable. One of my favorite memories was rediscovering sungka, a game I hadn’t played in years. It was the perfect way to wind down after a day of sun and sea. Overall, Mansud Shores felt more like returning to a (more luxurious) home. Warm, comfortable, and welcoming.

Arno and Carmelita do not operate an ordinary Airbnb. Unlike other accommodations, you get a spacious, fully equipped house with everything you need. There is uncomplicated breakfast and hot meals on request. In short ...here you have everything you need, don't have to take care of anything and can just relax for a few days and be taken care of #Staycation Clean water comes from your own well and electricity is provided via the solar system. Everything works here, there are no bottlenecks. With its sophisticated residential and holiday complex, Arno shows how comfortable you can live sustainably. If you are interested, he will be happy to show and explain the entire facility. Such a thing can basically be implemented everywhere...and here you can experience how easy it is. The place was amazing, very clean and had a good space for big families to hangout with. Mr. Bryan was very responsive, when we needed help for some things, he was very prompt and literally one text away. Once again thank you so much Mr. Bryan for being the best host, my family and I really had a great time here.

I had an incredible stay. Location was perfect—just a short walk to amazing cafés, restaurants, and super convenient to explore the area. Despite being so close to everything, the area was quiet and peaceful at night, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Fritz was also very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Davao!

The place is so cozy, what you see from the photos are all true. We truly enjoyed our stay plus the owner is very responsive. all you need to bring is your essentials. What I like the best is the kitchen and the very comfortable bed. Truly a must try place 💖

the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the parking lot was a huge plus if you’re bringing a car. the house was also spacious with comfy beds, even though the air conditioning didn’t feel quite cool enough. even so, my friends and i a blast staying in this place for our weekend getaway.

Very nice place to stay

This was a great place near where we needed to be. Everything is clean and working, including cold drinking water and heated shower water. Laila was extremely flexible and responsive throughout the stay. Definitely recommended.

Great location, just a 1.5 hours drive from downtown Davao City. The place is cozy, homey and tidy with a Baguio-feels weather .The food was delicious and reasonably- priced. Great for family and group reunions. We were even treated to a charcuterie platter with matching wine. The host was so accommodating. Highly recommended!

From booking to checkout, Geraline and Dennis were incredibly responsive, polite, and friendly. The property was secure, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Since the property is located away from the main city center, it can occasionally take some time for Grab or other taxi services to arrive. However, this was a minor inconvenience. A special thanks to Geraline's brother for kindly taking us to the terminal during checkout — we truly appreciated the help. We highly recommend Geraline's place, especially for families with kids seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Darlene’s place was as it was described on the site. The rooms were large and the dining area was perfect! The neighborhood was quiet and it’s also close to the marketplace which helped a lot as it doesn’t take long to get what to cook for the day. Darlene was quite accommodating to my family and very considerate even though I forgot to disclose how many people will be there for the week. I will recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay for vacation. Thanks a lot Darlene! You are a great host!
