5 stars for cost effectiveness. The place is huge and for less than tiny hotel rooms in the area. Ideal for us working remotely, we could spread into different rooms to take calls. One of the bedrooms had a desk and there and the living room table is big enough for 2 laptops. Future visitors, some notes that may not be in the description. - There are some sewer smells sometimes near the bathroom. Not all the time and you won't smell them from the bedrooms. However it could be a disturbance if like us you work from the living room during the day. - The hot water was way too hot, and the plumbing is done in such a way that the shower barely gets any cold water. to avoid scalding, find the water heater on the rooftop (above the sink) and set the temperature to about 33%. - The air purifiers at the entrance do not smell right, i'd advise against using them. - No heating and high ceilings... it can get quite cold in the winter even when it's sunny outside.

I had a fantastic stay here. The space is clean and exactly as described. The hosts were also excellent. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Taipei.

It was the best and yet and cheapest place I’ve stayed in Taipei! Stayed here for a couple days and things went smooth as butter! With a completion to utensils, an a very smooth check In-out did hit the spot!! Hpopefully, I could stay here again!

The location is good. The house was smaller than expected. The host was friendly and always helpful. There are many famous restaurants nearby, and it was nice to have a coin laundry room. However, the bathroom was small and there was some mold on the ceiling.

William was so easy to communicate with. We had an uncertain arrival schedule and he was so flexible about it. Any questions we had about the appointment was answered clearly and he made us feel very welcome to his place and to Taiwan. The location of the apartment was also great, right above the Q Square mall near Taipei Main Station. It was a walkable distance to Ningxia night market and to Zhongshan shopping area. I would stay here again!

Place was as described, quiet and away from the main attractions but all walkable distances, bus and trains all available nearby which was very convenient. Host was super friendly, gave us flexible check in/out times after communication. When asked for local recommendations/suggestions host gave plenty of options which made the trip very productive.

The owner is extremely responsible and friendly. The space was clean and tidy and I couldnt have asked for a better place.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at this place. It feels like you are living like locals in one of neighbourhood in Taipei. As we travel with elderly parents (and colder season), the place suits us well! Located at ground level and large living area, it feels like you are staying in your friend's house. But the hospitality from the hosts are just awesome! That alone, I will give 5 stars.

This stay was fantastic, the host was friendly and instant replied, there was also a small and nice room by the living room, and it was also possible to return to the area for a little rest and back to today's itinerary first; the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable and had a good quality of sleep.The property is also as shown in the photos, without any drops.The apartment is right in the heart of the city, so it's easy to get around! Very satisfied ~

It’s expensive! But you get what you paid for. The house is super convenient, at the very door step of the metro. There’s a7E, Family Mart, eating places, super market, pharmacy, boba, you name it! T101 is about 10mins on foot. The unit is at 8th floor, view is overlooking Zhongxiao Road, but T101 view is blocked by Breeze Xinyi tower building. It feels like home. Full kitchen, huge SmartTV, 2 bedrooms on split levels, in a flavourful ID design. The upper floor is fully glass with roller blinds, there’s a long bath fully encased in glass with views to the outside. Toilets come with washlet, and one even welcomes you every time to come into bathroom. The washer is a whopping 9kg with dryer. Will even accommodated my special request. TQ. All communication was via AirBnB msg. Sandy, the mother, came to the house one time to send an iron board and to ask if everything’s ok. It was unnecessary, but we appreciate the gesture. We were there for a week. We dont mind staying longer if we had to

We stayed with a family of 5. It was difficult to find the house by the entrance, but there was a lot around. It was very peaceful except for the sudden road construction day. However, the cot was not good. It was cold because it was against the window. However, there are air conditioners (available by raising the temperature) all over the place, so we were able to stay warm and cool. There were a variety of cutlery and even slippers and umbrellas. The refrigerator was clean and big. There were two pokers inside for playing card games. The card game made our stay more fun. It was my first Airbnb, and I was very satisfied.

This is the apartment that is nothing but perfect in every each way, the location, the furnitures, the electronics, the cleanliness, the communication…etc, everything is up to US and Japan standards! Location: It is at the heart of the most busy commercial district in Taipei, within 5 to 10 minutes you can walk to department stores and W hotel. There are 5 convenient stores within 5 minutes walking distance, one supermarket and tons of restaurants. Subway station is also a 5 minutes walk only. Apartment: There are air conditions in each room, heating and drying system in bathrooms (like Japan), dryer and washing machine. Kitchen is equipped with enough appliances to make everything. Host labeled everything with clear instructions, very impressive. My son accidentally brought back the charger from his room, we will definitely mail it back, so sorry about it! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Taipei!

Huiwen is a super nice host communicated with us a lot and helped us with a lot of things. The place was spotless and SUPEr cozy. I wish i lived there! The place also smells super nice which make the stay very enjoyable.

Elayne is a very super great host, helpful, friendly, and respond very fast and she helped me with a lots of things and introduce me all the good places to visit , especially introduced me good dining restaurants with many places that I have never been to and the place is really good and cozy.. Elayne place is really clean, beautiful, cosy and super convenient and very easy to go everywhere just next to MRT, I’m very grateful and lucky to know Elayne and her condominium is highly recommend. Anytime if I come to Taiwan, I will only choose Elayne’s place..

Ting and Weng went over and beyond to make sure I had a great time - from Ting’s super-helpful welcome booklet titled helpful labeling/translation in the flat (e.g. for the washing mashing) to Taipei recos. Good location and super-friendly hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It was perfect for our large family while visiting relatives. The multiple living spaces provided plenty of room for everyone to gather and relax, and the clean rooms and modern bathrooms made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The home was well-maintained, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a spacious and cozy place to stay!
