Vacation rentals with beach access in Datça

We planned to spend 10 days in a quiet place near the sea, chose this option and did not regret it at all! Everything was clean, spacious, we lived on the whole floor in a separate very sunny house surrounded by almond, tangerine, orange trees, as well as a large number of local cats and chickens :) The huge very clean beach is a 15-minute walk away, there are also a variety of beaches in the surrounding area that can be easily reached by car. It takes about 40 minutes by car to Datca. Yudum and her parents were very caring, answered our questions, and treated us with homemade chicken eggs, almonds and houses. I really didn't want to leave, we had an unforgettable vacation!

I would definitely stay again. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There were nice restaurants within walking distance. However there is a mosque nearby and the internet was frustratingly slow

The location of the house is very nice and within walking distance to the center. It's also in a good spot to go to the surrounding bays. No parking issues. The house is clean and as it is in the photos. We had no problems. We'd love to stay again if we come back.

Great place, both Kenan and Yasmeni (and her son!) were most helpful and very responsive if we needed any advice. The apartment itself was just fab, as described and in a fantastic location for Datca main town and beach. The trouble in writing such a positive review is that it may get booked up quickly (!) as we would look to book it again for the same time next year. Surely there is no greater recommendation than that!

It was a clean and tidy house as shown in the photos, and being close to the beach in terms of location and being in a central location made many things easier

We stayed at Mr. Murat's house with great pleasure for 1 week. First of all, I should mention the cleanliness of the house, its order, and the sincerity of Mr. Murat. Mr. Murat is very helpful and thanks to our questions, he never left us free of charge. The house is about 10 minutes walk from the center of Datça and in a very calm area. If you're looking for a place to clean your own home, you can stay in this house without a second thought. The balcony of the house is even better than it looks in the pictures. The house also has all the amenities. The house has everything if you want to stay for a long time. Finally, we would like to thank Ms. Ülkü for her hospitality. Thank you Adalet, the apartment is in the center, everything is within walking distance, shops and cafes nearby, quiet neighbors. Everything is new in the apartment, there is everything you need. Adalet is a very wonderful hostess, It was cold in the flat, Adalet called the repairmen, they cleaned the air conditioners, it became warmer. The hostess is always in touch, she helped me even at night when I accidentally closed the door and could not get inside. I have never met such responsive and caring hosts! Thank you for everything! Datca is a very nice and quiet town, I was amazed with Knidos and the smell of almond blossoms, I felt at home in Datca.

The place we stayed was as pictured, and it was extremely enjoyable because it had a large garden. Ms. Merve and her husband were very friendly and very interested , the bungolov house has everything to meet your daily needs, it is a clean and tidy , pleasant environment . We were very satisfied , it will be my first choice if I come to Datça again.

We stayed at Mr. Onur's house for 4 nights and we were very satisfied. It was obviously better than we expected. First of all, the location of the house is very good, you can easily reach the most beautiful bays in a place. If nightlife is not your priority, it makes much more sense than staying in the center of Datça. The house was very clean and everything was considered up to the refrigerator bags when we entered. The location of the house is both close to the center and the old datça, the house was even better than we expected. There are 3 bedrooms and we had a very spacious and comfortable accommodation experience. & Thank you for everything If we come to Datca, it is a place we will choose again.

We were very pleased to meet Mr. Yigit and visit his house. She informed us about the bays, nearby restaurants, and more before our reservation date. All the suggestions he gave were quite accurate, I can say that it was tested and confirmed. Everything in the ☺️ house was thought out down to the last detail and was spotless. The unique ambiance of the house and its garden impressed us well, we enjoyed it during the day, watched the night sky and enjoyed it with the stars. You can be sure to feel at home. The host provided very clear and nice information and the house was exactly the same as the photos. Although it is a little scary at night because it is at the foot of the mountain, I can say that the surroundings and lighting of the house are destroying it. The garden was very spacious and comfortable, and the interior of the house was very useful for two people. In touch with nature, especially when you wake up in the morning, I highly recommend it if you want to wake up to the sound of the sea and the sea.

We would like to thank Mr. Uğur for his friendly hospitality. The house was spotless as it appears in the pictures, and we felt like we were in our own home. Bathroom, kitchen, laundry was clean. We stayed for 4 people, a useful and spacious house. We also mentioned that we have a baby, a high chair has been provided. In short, if we come back to Datca, we will choose Ela Apart without hesitation.

We had a lot of pleasant days as a family; we came to the bends, bays, and the center with our car very comfortably. Everything was thought out in the house, we did not have any problems. Ms. Gozde was also very caring. If we go to Datçaya, we will keep in mind for accommodation.

We had a great time in beautiful Servilla. It was a perfect calm home from which to explore the Datca peninsula. We enjoyed the nature and the beautiful views from the spacious house, which even had toys for our son to play with! Having a car is a must, since the house is up in the hills and about 15min drive from the closest beach (hayitbükü). We would love to stay here again (and listen to more tapes on the tape machine). I stayed here for 12 days, only wish it could have been longer. It was a great place, the flat was everything and more, the pool area was immaculate. Hakki was a great host, very helpful with any questions I asked. I could not recommend this place enough. One of the most relaxing holidays I’ve ever had.

Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!

We had a fab few days at Karen’s place with beautiful views of Turunc bay. There were 7 of us and we felt there was just enough space, rooms and bathrooms to accommodate us all. The free shuttle from Loryma to the beach and town was very useful. It doesn’t run all day so a bit of pre-planning is needed around the timings. The resort has enough on site facilities such as games room, gym and pool to stay busy on-site. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated so can feel chilly quickly, but it is clean, well kept and a good size for swimming lengths and casual swimming.

The location was quite good, but the noise was very close to the harbor. There was a bit of a problem with privacy due to the side houses and the stairs to the upper floor, but you won't have any problems as long as you keep the curtains closed. Other than that, the cleanliness of the house, the location, the host was great. If you don't mind the noise, a place to stay again and again. Thank you Ms. İdil🙏

The items were new and clean . There was everything that should have been in a house. There was no parking problem either. We are very satisfied.
