Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Dasmarinas City

Check in was a breeze and the host was very kind enough to accomodate us though we areived a bit later than scheduled. The room was nice, clean, and easily fit the 8 of us and our respective bags. The kitchen had complete equipment for some basic cooking and plates and utensils for everyone.

Floyd as a host is extraordinary. He set proper expectations to have a seamless check in experience. All of the requests we had are entertained. The unit is so chic, elegant and spotless. He even helped our group to find a last minute unit within Fields. If not because of him, I won't be able to pull off the preparation for my bestfriend's wedding. Thank you for an excellent customer service experience.

The unit has very fast reliable wifi, big TV and an active Netflix account. The A/C units work great. The beds are comfortable, the shower has decent pressure. We found cooking a little challenging as it is a mini kitchen/area, but the photos show that. The air fryer was a nice bonus. We would have enjoyed having a microwave oven, but it is as advertised. Overall a great unit. the landlord may have found me high maintenance, but he always responded and we worked out what we needed to.

Room is clean and spacious. Host is always responsive to my needs/questions. Parking is very much accessible since it’s just literally infront of the lobby/main door. High end feels in the lobby and room. Will rate 5 star for my experience

We needed a quick overnight stay and booked Abby's place for the location. Her place is a 5-minute Grab ride to Mall of Asia (or a 20 minute walk) with plenty of restaurant options which worked well for dinner. The next day, we had an early morning flight, in a 20-minute Grab ride with minimal traffic. Her place is clean and cozy. Her air conditioning works very well. If you book her place the same day as us, allow her time to collect your documents so she can process them with the building's security desk for a smooth check-in.

I would definitely recommend this place. They provide toiletries and towels, a separate blanket, and free coffee. They also have slippers you can use around the unit. Everything is clean, especially the bathroom. And they are easy to reach out to if you have any concerns within the unit. Location-wise, it's a 10-15 minute walk from MOA. We'll book again in the future. 🤍

2nd time to book and I really recommended the place. Location is perfect- near the guard house, grocery, main road, etc. Has good environment and enough parking space. Host was very welcoming and thoughtful. House appliances were also complete and you can freely cook what you want since cooking utensils are all available. We'll surely book again. Cozy and relaxing, sobrang peaceful and elegant ng interior. Hotel quality yung mga beds, linens etc. Good for large group kasi ang laki ng space. My family really enjoyed staying after our busy wedding ganap. Thanks so much Sir Miguel !

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our big family as we prepared for our long flight home. We had enough space to be able to pack our luggage properly with ease. The huge wrap around sofa was a bonus for gathering with family before we left. We would definitely book again.

This bnb was in a great location for us with easy access to a convenience store and a mall. We arrived to find the place clean and tidy, and Chenne was very friendly, always responsive and helpful. Lots of info was provided by the host about getting around the area by public transport which was thoughtful! As this can be difficult if you're unfamiliar with the area.

I celebrated my birthday here with family and close friends, the place is cozy and spacious enough to accommodate us comfortably. The housekeepers are extremely helpful and friendly. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Rochelle was there to answer any questions when we had one. If I had to nitpick better water pressure and a higher backed chair but like I said would be nitpicking. we was out and about most the time so no need. it was a amazing 25 day stay ready to go back again. thank you for the hospitality Rochelle.

This place is perfect. possibly the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at. It's squeaky clean, has everything you need to cook for yourself, washing machine, 2 aircon units, tv in living room and bedroom . Charging cables galore. Great view from the big balcony of the Venice Grand Canal. 2 minute walk to the canal itself. Richard is, as always, very responsive and easy to communicate with. It's the second time we've stayed at a place hosted by Richard and once again I can't comment on whether Richard responds well to problems because there weren't any. 5 star place and highly recommended.

To begin with Rafaelo’s place is a great place to stay if you have a big family. Comfortable kitchen, and I enjoyed cooking some good meals , nice living room, the rooms are big and with no charge I was be able to wash my dirty clothes. He’s a kind hearted host & accommodating all my requests with no issues. I will definitely be back here. Thank you so much Rafaelo & appreciated your help.

booked a few hours before our check-in but never had a problem. all inquiries were answered and we were assisted right away. pool vouchers were also readily available upon our check-in.

Zheynnes place is a perfect for a few nights stay. Close to airport, mall of Asia and seaside promenade. Its a small one bedroom apt that has everything you need for a clean and comfortablestay . Zheynne is great host who was always available to answer any questions I had and was able to facilitate a 28hr stay for me as I had a late flight. The SM complex is huge and the communal pool is excellent with 3 pools to choose from. Its a nice way to relax for the day. There is a extra charge of 125 pesos to use the pool but its worth. This was one of best places i stayed in the Phillipeans as it was much cleaner that most hotels for the same price.

I can rate this place a hundred out of 10! ⭐ A very affordable airbnb yet the coziest for your staycation with someone you love. ❤️ Robert is very responsive to my inquiries (especially that I am a new user of airbnb) I will surely book this place again for my next staycation.
