Bright and quiet COCOON

Situé dans l'une des plus anciennes rues marchandes de Rouen où s'activent plusieurs artisans et artistes, et dans un immeuble historique entièrement réhabilité, le logement a été refait à neuf. Un cadre vraiment privilégié à deux pas du centre ville Au départ, rien ne laisse présager qu'en poussant la massive porte cochère du 153 rue Beauvoisine, le visiteur se retrouve dans un vaste espace complètement déconnecté de la rue, véritable havre de paix et de tranquillité. Ce n'est pas pour rien que la résidence jouxte directement le couvent de la visitation -1630- (musée des antiquités). Puis en cheminant dans les allées de la cour intérieure de la résidence, le voyageur aboutit au hall d'entrée du bloc C et se rend au premier étage là où se trouve l'appartement 17. en pénétrant dans l'appartement, deux de nos sens sont frappés immédiatement : le calme et la luminosité. Le logement donne sur un jardin terrasse directement mitoyen du couvent. Avec cet appartement, l'on ne peut rêver mieux pour partir découvrir Rouen puis revenir s'y reposer. Vous disposerez dans le logement d'un large canapé convertible deux places et je mettrai à votre disposition un ensemble d'aliments pour votre petit déjeuner ainsi que quelques autres accessoires pour la salle de bain. Le logement est accessible dans son intégralité et vous allez bien vous y sentir. Le numéro n'est plus affiché, je vous donne donc quelques précisions sur sa situation pour plus de facilité... L'immeuble se situe tout juste collé au BAR L'EMPORIUM bien connu avec sa devanture rouge, sur le trottoir de gauche en remontant le rue et en face d'un atelier de cuisine dont la vitrine est toute rose. je vous y attendrai à chaque fois pour vous ouvrir le grand portail contemporain en bois très clair. il y aura 2 portes d'accès avec des codes. je vous communiquerai les chiffres dès votre arrivée. Mais ne vous inquiétez pas je suis toujours disponible et arrangeante. Je suis de nature conciliante et complaisante. N'hésitez donc pas à faire appel à mes services si vous en sentez le besoin. Aussi, permettez-moi de vous souhaiter la bienvenue et j'espère que votre séjour parmi nous sera très agréable. A très bientôt Bien à vous La rue Beauvoisine est un accès naturel au centre-ville historique de Rouen… pour les piétons. La vocation commerçante de cette artère reste donc très vivace, même si la rue ne compte plus autant d’enseignes qu’au milieu du XXe siècle. Le commerce qui l’anime aujourd’hui est essentiellement de proximité, même si la qualité des produits et services offerts est recherchée en deçà du quartier. Trois grandes spécialités constituent toutefois l’identité « Beauvoisine » : • Les métiers d’art ou intellectuels sont particulièrement représentés, avec des galeries d'arts, des écoles de musique, primaire et secondaire, un centre d’information pour la jeunesse, des éditeurs et graphistes, un imprimeur, des antiquaires, un ébéniste et un libraire de livres anciens (dont la forêt de piles jusqu’au plafond absorbe les érudits autant que des lecteurs de romans de gare) ; • les métiers de bouche sortent du lot avec des artisans et restaurateurs parmi les plus prisés de Rouen ; des boutiques de beauté, de mode, pour la maison ou pour les enfants confèrent à la rue Beauvoisine un sens plein de charme. De nuit l'animation continue, les noctambules apprécieront les différents restaurants, bars et pubs aux soirées musicales et ambiances variées. Élégant et lumineux appartement décoré avec goût et éco-responsable. Parfaitement situé en plein cœur du centre-ville, dans une rue au calme, à moins d’une minute de la place animée du vieux marché. Accès facile à tous les sites et commodités de Rouen: La place du vieux marché et son église Jeanne d’arc à 1 minute, la Gare à moins de 10min à pied, le gros horloge et sa rue menant à la cathédrale à 5 min.
