Ernesto was the perfect host and gentleman. This is the best location for exploring Venice if you are interested in avoiding the masses.

We spent three nights on the boat with two adults and two children aged 7 and 5. The stay exceeded our expectations in every respect. The boat was surprisingly spacious, clean, well organised and maintained. Its location was superb, very quiet in the back of the port yet with a parking spot, clean showers and toilets next to the pontoon and within walking distance of the historic town centre with its many shops and restaurants, and to typical Italian beach clubs. Marco is a very attentive and communicative host who went out of his way to make us feel at home. On the last evening, we took our own floating home on a tour with him for a sunset apero at sea, which was an experience neither of us will forget. In all, can only recommend!

We stayed in 6 of us with my family in Carmelo's boat! Great experience cradled by the sea! Inside you will find everything you need as if in a house but you are on the boat! The Nespresso too! Carmelo is a great host who is always available and very welcoming. The boat is a traditional sailboat, inside there is a small living room and the kitchen where you can stay comfortably standing. ( I'm 1.85 tall) C is a bathroom in the boat, but I recommend using the showers and bathrooms outside that are spacious and clean. In short, I recommend it to everyone, young or not. Great prepared hotel ship, just something special. Slightly clairvoyant at night, but definitely worth the price because also inexpensive. Getting there is a bit tricky. Nice, personal support on site or on the phone at check-in. Meet nice people at the breakfast table or at night. The location is great!

If the departure from vacation is accompanied by melancholy, everything was right. Thomas' place is in itself special, in combination with the walking distance to the beach and enchanting Novigrad it was perfect: magical sunsets, mild nights under the open sky, concert and culture, best food in the konobas, charming wine tasting inland. Thank you, the time here was a gift for the whole family.

Location is so beautiful worth the effort finding it! The maps is not that accurate, the boat is actually 500 meters after getting off S. Elena.

Slow life, smile and enjoy!!! We had a wonderful stay on the boat from Radha. The communication with Radha was super straightforward and very flexible. The location in the harbor is very quiet and yet many places are easy to reach. If you are looking for an adventure and the simple life, this is the place to be. Thanks!!!
