We’ve been coming to Seabrook for maybe ten years now? You name a location — we’ve stayed there! We loved this place for a) access to the lagoon for fishing, b) close to the front gate and trails to FF village, and c) allowing our canines to join. Thank you for accommodating our office needs! We hope to be back in 2025 — 💗

my husban and I haven't been to folly since our honeymoon 4 years ago. The cottage was everything we hoped for. Wasn't overly fancy, no bells and whistles, so if your looking for a nice quiet, simple getaway that is close enough to walk to the beach as well as Bert's market and mainstreet restaurants then I highly recommend this place

My girlfriends and I came here for a long Labor Day weekend. We had a blast, the house was roomy and big enough for all of us. The kitchen is smaller but we made it work. The walk to the beach is right across the street and we already want to come back again next year.

Night was very accommodating about our concerns Of a possible oncoming storm and having to cancel He went above and beyond our expectation really really appreciate all of his efforts and all of his willingness to communicate with us.

This place was amazing! Everything that we wanted and more. The house itself was gorgeous and very clean. The pool was awesome and the house had everything we had hoped for. It was in a quiet area but only a few minutes from the city and coast. A great place to get away for a relaxing trip with some friends. Renee was a great host :)

We enjoyed our stay at Jame's. We appreciated how clean everything was. We liked his attention to detail. The community was beautiful. We loved seeing the deer. We would highly recommend James's place. The kitchen had high end appliances and everything you would need to cook a nice meal. Thank you James. Harry and Sandy

Aaryne and Aj were amazing hosts! They were there to answer any question we had even on Christmas Day! They were so helpful and allowed us in to their home as if it were ours! The back yard is fully fenced and was a great space for our mini golden doodle. There were also lots of restaurants, bars, and little shops within a 10 minute walk. Overall I would fully recommend this place to anyone looking for a great space in the Charleston area but not directly downtown. Thank you again for hosting us!
