Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Cindy (the host) and her team were super responsive and helpful. She’s first class & helped us solve a few issues at check-in. Owner needs to update living/dining room furniture and organize/update contents of kitchen cupboards. Bed was super comfortable, linens were great, kitchen appliances, balcony seating, views & pool were all wonderful.

We have been staying at Marriott Newport Coast Villas for years. It is a beautiful family oriented resort close to Orange County’s est beaches, restaurants and malls. Can’t go wrong !

Great stay and location! It’s right on the beach, beautiful view, and about a 15 minute walk to the Oceanside pier, restaurants, and shops. The room was comfy, quiet and had everything I needed. This was great for my solo trip/ retreat. Very peaceful. The balcony was obviously the best part! The sun sets right outside of the room 🌅

We had a great stay - the apartment looks like the pictures and was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Great location - lots of amenities in Omni La Costa and pool right outside the door. We had a great stay and would be happy to return. Thanks!

Frank's condo was amazing - the close proximately to the beach was an added bonus. Frank met us at check in and was very friendly and polite, he showed us around and made us feel welcomed. Everything we needed was available. The condo was clean, cool and very cozy. A lovely time was had and I will definitely be staying at Frank's condo again.

We enjoyed our stay in the Ocean Street rental very much! The view is spectacular, beach access is along the side of the unit and neighbors are close. It is one of six units and we were top floor. There is some noise from the street and we could hear some from the units below us The bed was comfortable and there is an IKEA sofa-bed in the living room which was nice as our son spent one night with us. The bed was comfortable in the bedroom and there are blackout blinds. The bedroom windows are on the street and side where the beach access is so, privacy is an issue unless they are kept closed during the day as well. If you plan on cooking a lot, the kitchen has the basics however, limited utensils and accessories, no spices, coffee or tea is provided. There are plenty of shopping options close by. There are adequate dishes, pots/pans and serving bowls etc. We had friends over one night and the the sunset was beautiful! I highly recommend the place!

The home looked just like the pictures, it was one of the most comfortable places we’ve ever stayed, safe, had pretty much everything you needed, and easily the best looking grounds surrounding the home.

Klaudia was a great host, responsive and open to assist with any questions throughout our stay. We felt at home and found parking around the corner which is not too far from the complex entrance . Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe . I really like the fact that the 7/11 is steps away .

The condo is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and felt very safe. Nicely decorated without clutter. It’s a beautiful and easy 30 minute walk to the local beach through the Waldorf Astoria golf course. We did it twice in a week and used the free Laguna Beach transit bus from Ritz Carlton to explore.

Place is beautiful and well maintained. Amenities are great . Location is amazing and close by to a big shopping plaza with lots of great choices for dining. Would definitely recommend it.

My family, including 2 young kids, stayed at this condo for a week and absolutely loved the location and condo complex amenities (tennis, pools, hot tub, clubhouse with spectacular views, and beach access). the area feels quite safe and there is so much to do within walking distance. The condo is fairly basic, and the pillows could use a refresh, but overall the place met all our needs. The condo is very quiet and peaceful. No neighbor noise or road noise. Parking is easy. The hosts communicate promptly. We plan to return!

Great space and location. Our unit had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Linens, towels, kitchen needs, laundry, everything…..and dog friendly. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We love coming to Oceanside and staying in this condo. This is our fourth year here. We love the location, and the comfort of the home. The kitchen has everything we need to cook meals, though we eat out often at the many wonderful restaurants that are so near. We hope to stay here again soon!

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath to relax in while my husband and I were traveling. Very pleasant experience. Jessica was a great host. Very warm and responsive communication.

Great hosts with thoughtful amenities in the condo. The place is a converted warehouse so thin walls and noise can heard in the hallways and neighbors. Amazing view from the living room. Neighborhood can be sketchy at night, but if you need to stay near the LA Live area/Convention Center/Crypto Arena, hard to beat!

They were quick to respond to any problems at check-in, and entry into the room was smooth. The room was very nice and the location made for a good stay in Los Angeles.

This apartment is small, but mighty! It has most everything you need to feel right at home. The location is truly what sets this bnb apart. You can walk to the beach in 15 min, Solana main street in 10, and only a 3 min walk across the street to a beautiful park area to watch the sunset. Tiffany was responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Considering it's proximity to the beach, local restaurants and freeway access, this place is a steal, especially for longterm stays.

The place was beautiful. Location was amazing, you walk out the door and the beach is right there to your left. Between the thorough beach supplies and the amenities of the condo, it's really all-in-one.

This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! The condo was well cared for and very comfortable, It was immaculate and abundantly equipped. Elyse was easy to reach and so helpful.

Overall, a perfect vacations. Very ideal for a couple. It was a little tricky finding the exact unit after the sun had set, but after we found it, it was smooth sailing. Beautiful community and very conveniently located around plenty to eat and see. We are very happy with the home and the host.

Kelly’s place will not disappoint! My goodness the minute you open her front door … you know you picked right! Absolutely welcoming and just a home feel. We would have rented another full month but others beat us to it. We are relocating from Hawaii and are closing on our own new place. So we needed longer stay times. You will not be disappointed with this choice! The bed are super comfortable and the furnishings are as well. Some hosts do not put emphasis enough on furnishings. They pick cheap and super uncomfortable couches etc. Kelly’s place is just right. She thought of truly hosting her guests. It shows in her place. Again… this is one gem you cannot miss. 😊
