The house of Anastasia and her mum is a very special place. It’s clean and large, with a magical terrace, with a lot of plants and flowers. Theopisti is kind and helpful. Thank you!! We loved our stay with you.

My stay at Hotel Aperanti was terrific. Sara and Tassos were wonderful hosts. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfasts were great, with local menu items and very fresh locally prepared foods. The village of Pera is friendly, and there were many outdoor attractions, most of them accessible by hiking. Pera is also not far from Nicosia, if a guest would like to visit the big city. This was my first stay at Hotel Aperanti, and I hope to return.

We totally loved the place! It was exactly like the photos, beautiful decorated, fully equipped, nice view from balcony, we enjoyed privacy in pool & jacuzzi, Mila was a great host and the location was perfect - quiet but close to all amenities and 5 minutes drive to town. Definitely recommendedand will come back!

The apartment is really good, in a very good place, near to the 2 pools. The terrace is big. This is close to nissi beach. Irina was very kind with us, help everything, talk and answer every time. I was some apartmen in this area, in this aprtmen block, but this was the best.

A very charming place with a beautiful view and wonderful neighbors – the cats! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The studio was well-equipped and practical. Communication with Maria was easy and quick. The place felt spacious and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Had an excellent stay with Sabina. She was extremely helpful with recommendations, tips and advice throughout our stay around Sea Caves. She definitely went above and beyond as an Airbnb host - she was great to talk with and really made us feel at home. We had plenty of space and the facilities provided were super clean and looked after. Please stay with Sabina as she will ensure you get the most out of your holiday and is always available for any issues questions that you might have. Maria and her parents went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Maria was brilliant at responding to messages and asking if there was anything I needed. Her mother brought me treats and was gentle and kind. I felt at home and couldn't have chosen anywhere better to stay. The apartment is about 30 minutes on foot from the old town and situated in an area that is peaceful and calm. Everything was as described. Thank you Maria, and to your parents, for a happy two-week stay.

Highly recommend that you book this Airbnb if coming to Cyprus. Alison and her husband are wonderful, kind people who host guests on the upstairs level of their beautiful home. They have everything that you might have forgotten and the home is very clean and well kept. Difficult to find once its dark if you arrive in the evening but the surprise to where you are when you wake up is magical!

Very nice apartment. I know the area from previous visits so it was how I expected. Shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets all very near by.
