House vacation rentals in Cumbuco Beach

It was a very pleasant stay. The house was higher than expected. We found everything very clean, tidy, all the necessary kitchenware and appliances. Leandro and his wife were highly attentive, solicitous, kind, (we have already rented several other spaces and have not had as much kindness at the reception as in this location, and this makes a lot of difference). They welcomed us very well and provided us with all the necessary information and made us feel at ease. My family felt safe on site, a cozy and beautiful atmosphere. The adult integrated children's picina was a differential,because we have a young daughter and she had fun with extra safety. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. The landscaping of the house is very beautiful. The beach is very close, market and places to eat. It was days that were worth the investment and we plan to get the space back soon. We would recommend it!

Everything was very good. Very spacious and airy house, right on the sand, super nice. Very spacious kitchen and super nice barbecue place. Super helpful and attentive. Thank you for the stay. We hope to return soon.

Luiz's place is a paradise on earth, it's on Taíba's best postcard. The house is beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and has everything you need. All spaces are charming and well cared for. All rooms are comfortable suites with balcony exit. Bed and bath linen are of high quality. For my stay, I hired a cook to help but, other than that, the housekeepers are always around helping and keeping the house always clean and organized - as much as possible. Nearby there is a market, pharmacy and the best beach tent in Taíba, but we practically did not leave the house. We took the shopping from Fortaleza, so we had everything we needed. On the deck there is the barbecue and wood oven for pizza. We did a pizza night and it was great!!! If you want to do it too, remember to bring wood to the fireplace (which sells in Cobasi or Leroy Merlin in Fortaleza) to make everything work out. I highly recommend and wish to return soon

Loved the house, everything very clean and organized… a super quiet and beautiful place. Nearby market that delivers, the housekeeper a great person, and leaves the people with total privacy. I really loved it and will be back more often.

You'll feel like you're in your own homes. What made us feel most at ease was the fact that the decor was not sophisticated. This allowed the kids to be comfortable as well as we adults. Toys also helped the kids in the stay. It is a condominium where people respect each other, making it easy to be friends with the neighbors of the apt. The pool is super, hyper clean and the outside area of the Condominium is well looked after. The exit gate to the back allows us to step on the sand of the beach. Some will say that the place does not allow the baths in the sea because of the stones, but it is not quite like that. We happened to leave through the back gate and not even a stone. So I advise you to do as we did. If you have a stone on the beach when you leave the gate, walk a little to the right or left and you will definitely find a part with fewer stones or even without them. Ahh is the tip: when you follow the beach on the left (after leaving through the back gate, there is a wonder of nature to be appreciated. There is a river that forms a lagoon that is dry, a little full time and sometimes it comes to amend with the sea. Although we went in their winter period, where it rained a lot and then there was a very strong sunshine. In any case, it is worth going out every day to enjoy the beauty of the sea that constantly changes with high and low tides.

Great beautiful house, five bedrooms with bathrooms each. Rooms that can really be called like this, not just sofas in a corner like elsewhere. The villa is not fully visible from the street, the entrance is a little hidden, it increases the sense of security and discretion. Well maintained, beautiful garden and lawn, the pool with the bar and grill are just fabulous, almost no need to go to the village to feed yourself. The sea and a beautiful beachclub with restaurant are a 5 minute walk away. Safe neighborhood. Very flexible on our arrival and departure times, which made us feel so much. We are looking forward to returning!

We were extremely pleased with our stay! The house is simply amazing, exactly as shown in the photos - spacious, airy and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring great nights of rest. The host was excellent, always communicative and ready to assist us with everything we needed. He also recommended a wonderful cook, and the entire team that served us was impeccable. The service and hospitality made all the difference in our experience. We recommend it 100% and will definitely be back!

The structure of the house is great. Everything is clean and organized, it has all the necessary utensils. Close to restaurants, supermarket, bakery, shops and the beach, you can walk. I found the two front rooms very hot, even with the use of fans. I suggest considering putting air-conditioning in at least those two. Otherwise, everything was perfect, the house is great.

We feel at home! Clean house, comfortable beds, kitchen with all the necessary accessories to make the type of food, barbecue, parking, safe place, very polite and considerate owner. It was worth the cost and benefit. We are very pleased. Until a next opportunity.

It delivers what it promises! Good location, excellent price, I was bothered by mosquitoes on the last day, but it was my fault for having forgotten the repellent. If you turn on the fan, they'll go away 😂

We had a great time in Paul's house. It is right at the beach, has a nice, tropical garden. The house has everything you may need. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure!

A good option for those looking for a large house with lots of space. Good location. Close to the beach. Well looked after. Ivana is attentive and always requests. The homemade couple Chaguinha and Ana are super helpful. Would recommend.

S. Hélio's place is awesome! In addition to 5 suites for everyone's comfort, the house has a wonderful leisure area, with a swimming pool, barbecue area, bar, table tennis and a soccer field and tennis court. We had everything we needed and a little more in the house, especially being served every day by Dear D. Sonia, who presented us with her culinary dots not only for breakfast and lunch, but with sweets that we would affectionately ask her to make us. D. Sonia is the wife of S. Batista, the caretaker of this delicious house that also served us in the most pleasant way possible. Me and my family spent beautiful, happy days at S. Helio's place, and we are so grateful for everything!

We had an amazing weekend at the house! It is super spacious and well furnished, two bedrooms with air-conditioning and one bedroom with a fan. The house has a great variety of household items, such as a stove, air fryer, sandwich maker and even a coffee maker, which made all the difference for our stay. In addition, the condominium structure is excellent, offering safety and comfort, and the location is simply wonderful, as it is in front of the beach🏝️! Perfect for those who want to take a dip in the sea and go for a late afternoon walk. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely come back!

The house is very nice, especially the pool and deck part. Great to come with family. The only difference in the listing is that it's not 50 meters from the beach, but 150 meters away.
