Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

Very good house with 4 rooms and 2 living rooms. Plenty of space, I would definitely recommend this for a large family, and/ or a large groups of friends.

She made us feel so welcome, and her generosity went above and beyond—especially by lending us a pack and play for our newborn, which made our stay so much easier. Esteban's place was awesome! We had such a great time just sitting on the couch, drinking tea, and admiring the view. It was clean and spacious and had all things we value in an AirBnb, including an awesome host. We arrived from the Galapagos exhausted and were fortunate that the restaurant at the entrance was open. We had a great pizza and coffee and enjoyed the service of the friendly restaurant owner. There's also a small convenience store at the back entrance that we bought some essentials from like milk and beer. We walked to a few restaurants that are by the popular hostel down the street as they offered gluten free options. We also walked to Centro Historico with no problems. Although not in the best looking neighborhood by western standards, we at no time felt unsafe. We often did have to wait a bit longer for Uber rides though so keep that in mind. Overall awesome experience and would definitely recommend. Thanks, Esteban!
