We really enjoyed our stay in Quito at Mildred’s place! It had everything we needed. The building was quiet and secure. The security guards on staff were super friendly and available 24/7. Check in and out was a breeze. The location in La Floresta neighborhood is great. There are tons of restaurants and even a few breweries within walking distance. We had a lovely dinner at the Italian restaurant a couple blocks away. Mildred was very responsive and flexible with our super late check-in, and arranged a taxi to the airport at check-out. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Excellent view with luxury comfort.

We enjoyed our stay at Gabriel's place, the apartment is well equipped for longer stays, has a washer and dryer, utensils and everything you need to cook your own meals. Good location, safe, great views from the bedroom. Our only slight issue was with the noise at night, as the windows are fancing a busy street. If you are a light sleeper, might wanna grab some earbuds.

It was a pleasure staying at Yama's home in Quito. The space was beautiful, quiet, and well protected with a security guard at the neighborhood entrance, and Yama was very accommodating. I am happy to find such a lovely home in Ecuador for this visit, happy to stay here again in the future.

Excellent place. To start you have to emphasize the guide and help of Mrs. Susana and Mrs. Janeth. The house is very spacious, super large, clean, tidy, welcoming and with all the amenities to spend a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for families. Would definitely come back again. ¡¡Super recommended!!

Excellent location, the cozy and comfortable place.

The place has a super location. La floresta is a busy place, and it’s great to have security while staying there. There are always taxis and Ubers etc. very close. It’s awesome to have a private balcony, nice views, and a place to park (it will not fit a very long vehicle), especially in this part of town! The stove works very well. I am thankful to find a chill place.

Beautiful apartment. I wish I could have stayed longer. Quiet, with a comfortable bed and great layout. Cafes and restaurants are about a 10 minute walk, and there’s a supermarket across the street. Make sure to visit the terrace at the top of the building for spectacular views.

Nice apartment, very comfortable and functional. Strategically located in a quiet, quiet, quiet residential area, but very close to public transportation and many nice restaurants. Recommended

Modern apartment with 24 hr security, great location, public transportation easily available. Building had its own electrical generation plant which alleviated stress when daily power outages occurred. Unit was clean and stocked with everything needed for a self sufficient stay. Wifi was great for streaming. Combination washer/dryer is fantastic. Grocery shopping close by. Walking distance to La Corolina and El Ejido parks. We walked to subway system which made repeated access to old town convenient. Host checked in on us and was quick to answer any questions or concerns. She invited us to a community celebration which was a unique and unexpected experience. Tours were available for pick up from Swissotel which was a short walk away. Unit was great for our planed long term stay (unfortunately we had to leave early as Quito altitude was a problem for us). Would highly recommend unit and host.

The apartment is in a great location, safe area to go for walking, the space feels spacious and everything was clean, the beds are comfortable.

Our luggage was lost for 2 days and Gustavo went above and beyond to help with anything we might have needed. He made us feel so welcome & comfortable, super nice-genuine person. Our apartment was perfect, everything was very clean, bed was very comfortable and loved the balcony. The washing machine & dryer were very convenient. Very close to basilica and historical district. If we ever visit Quito again we will definitely stay at Gustavo's apartment!!! Thank you Gustavo for everything ♥️

Definitely a 10/10. The apartment is very nice, complete and above all clean. I loved that it is Pet Friendly and the view from the windows is beautiful, mainly because it is located on a high floor. Silvana is very friendly and always responded in time to our concerns. The building where the apartment is located is new, modern , has many amenities for guests and its location is great, close to everything literally and 1 block from La Carolina Park. Definitely when I return to Quito it's going to be my first choice to stay.
