I really enjoyed my two week vacation in this great apartment! It is very spacious. Another couple stayed with me for a few days, and we were all very comfortable. Wonderful restaurants are right nearby, and the ocean is a very short walk away (you can see it from the balcony). Manuela is a delightful person and very helpful. I look greatly forward to returning soon and staying again in this perfect spot!

My husband,son and I loved our stay. The location was fantastic right on the water with beautiful crystal clear waters. The apartment is even better in person than in the photos. It’s very spacious, luxurious and clean. The location is awesome you are right on the boardwalk with many shops and restaurants around. It’s right next to the marina so a great location to do a boat ride at the neighbouring islands. Jolanda our host was fantastic with outstanding customer service and very flexible and accommodating with the goal for my family to enjoy our vacation. I would without a doubt stay here again. We loved the nights with breezes though the balconies listening to the waves ease us to sleep.

We had a great stay, the city is superb, the accommodation is 100% as described. Frédérick has always answered our questions and our requests... and very quickly. I recommend it without a second thought.

We had a perfect stay at this place. The view is breathtaking and you’re literally on the beach. The place is quite roomy for 2. Very good restaurants and lolos within walking distance. We felt very safe. Renting a car is a good idea if you want to venture outside Grand Case which is well worth it. We spent some days a the beach in front of the condo but we also spent some days at Orient Bay beach is we found to be the best one on the island. The place was very comfortable. We only had A/C going in the bedroom at night as it’s very breezy when you open up the whole place. Will surely come back in the future. Absolutely no regrets.

We had a fantastic stay at Isabelle' s place!Patrick and Isabelle were incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We felt right at home and would definitely book again! This apartment is in a prime location, it is walking distance to the supermarkets and restaurants. The grounds are manicured and perfect for pictures. The swimming pool was amazing to watch the sunsets and relax. This place was amazing and I highly recommend.

Laure was a great host, she would immediately answer any questions we had. The place is stunning, right by the water. The beds are super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

We found Melissa's place as described and had a wonderful week on site! A time full of idyll and away from the hustle and bustle, where you definitely need a (off-road) rental car for a partly steep route. Absolutely recommended for family vacations together; the hostess is always available and gives great tips!

We loved our time at St. Maarten! We had an incredible host! Very helpful! Super responsive! The location and place were both absolutely beautiful!! The kayak ride to Pinel Island was beautiful! The little cat that visited everyday was an added extra love to our vacation! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place and Francios! He made sure this entire trip as enjoyable as we could’ve hoped for!

Great place if you have a large group of people. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor kitchen and dining area is great for gatherings. Alain is responsive and will help with anything you need while staying at his place.

The location of Villa Vijoux is ideal for exploring the best of Saint Maarten. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. What truly sets Villa Vijoux apart is the exceptional service provided by the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything.

Amazing villa close to everything on the Island! We loved the short drive to Mullet Beach and back! Villa outdoor space is incredible and we loved the pool! Enough space for everyone, and a lovely host + daily cleaning! Would highly recommend this villa!

Had the privilege of staying at this beautiful home for 6 days to celebrate my 40th birthday. My Husband and I stayed at another location for a few days to celebrate our anniversary because we were already on the island Danielle was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which gave us time to prepare for our guests that would be joining us. There were 9 of us total 4 couples so the space was perfect. Danielle had some champagne, wine and fruit set up in the kitchen when we arrived which was very thoughtful. She gave us lots of recommendations and was very responsive during our stay. The home was clean and had everything you would need. I do suggest renting a car during your stay and downloading offline maps for St. Maarten before arriving, extremely helpful. The views are breathtaking I would absolutely stay here again already looking forward to our next stay.

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

We loved staying with Leanne! She and Danielle accommodated our family at the last minute and everything was perfect. The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable, with everything you might need to for an amazing stay.

We are a newly retired couple in our mid ‘60s and had a fabulous 4 week stay at Kevin’s condo. The condo offers a spectacular view of the ocean and pool. After a brief morning rain, incredible rainbows appear…hence the name “Rainbow Beach Club”. The condo was so spacious that I couldn’t hear my husband snore from one bedroom to the other. Everything you need is in Kevin’s condo and the location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk to Cupecoy to the higher end waterfront restaurants, shops, Dany’s Beach Bar and grocery store. We were also able to walk to one of the nicest beaches on the island…Mullet Bay. Kevin provided ample beach towels, a sun umbrella, a cooler and sand toys. Only a few more minutes of walking got us to Maho for plane watching ,more restaurants and shopping. Directly across from the condo is Jordan Village with 2 more grocery stores and fun places to eat. Just wave the bus down and discover the rest of the island. Kevin is very responsive and a caring host.

Would highly recommend staying in the suite. We were super impressed by how clean the unit was. You’re a balcony faces mullet Beach and it was a delight to wake up to that view every day. You’re three minute drive from Maho strip. And the host was super welcoming and so responsive. we will definitely be back. 5 stars

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.

The place has an amazing private beech that few people know about it.

We only spent one night because we wanted to experience Maho Bay on our way to Orient Bay. It served us well as it was in the middle of everything and also had a nice little pool bar with a great veiw of the planes taking off and landing.
