Vacation rentals in CTO Beach

It was an amazing time here ! See and sunsets was great :) near the villa there is a small beach bat where you can order snacks and drinks. House has everything for standard life :) hosts and neighbors support us in any questions. Just one thing - you need a car, even to get some products from supermarket. Local Delivery service is very slowly…. We’ll back next year 😍

The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

I had lived in this apartment one month. It is good apartment for long stay. I recommend Dora’ s apartment.

What a great villa! The pictures say it all. We are a family of 7: 6 adults and a 4-year-old child. We really enjoyed the big house. The villa is very clean and well maintained, but there is only one shower with low water pressure. The house provided with all the necessary things for a good and comfortable stay: seating areas, garden furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cups and everything necessary. The villa is located in a lovely private compound with large gardens full of fruit trees and a beautiful pool. The balcony is a great sunny space but there is also an inner part with a pergola and shade so you can escape the sun during the hot hours. The sea is 2-3 minute drive away. The villa is a little far from the center of Kiti village. We liked the distance because it gives us quiet and privacy Kiti village has all the services you need: supermarket, bars, restaurants and many shops. For that you have to rent a car. I would especially like to mention the hosts. In particular

Excellent stay for our family holiday. We loved the huge kitchen and the big area in the front room. We made the most of the house and garden. Kitchen had everything to cook big family meals and didn’t want to leave :) also the area is nice- walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Compared to other places, this villa was very affordable, offering great value for money. Everything was great at home..exceeded our expectations the distribution and we didn't miss anything at all..We loved the kitchen, very organized and the air conditioning was in every room. Nikos very pleasant and eager to help!
