I was in town to be with a family member who was in the hospital. There was so much unknown about timing and Laura was incredibly accommodating and was able to extend our stay more than once with no issues. She took so much stress off of my family and we could focus on being present with our loved one. It was very clean. Facilities were decent. For example, Toilet paper holder and towel rack falling out of place frequently with bathroom door not an easy close. However, those less than ideal details were not a huge deal. Overall wonderful communication and willingness to work with us on our dates. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. The apartment is well maintained. It's such a unique setup. The hosts left very clear messages and instructions. As others have said, the only complaint we had was the noise. Creaky floorboards, pounding rain...etc. If you're a heavy sleeper then there should be no problem.

Kim helped me get reservations set up for my parents anniversary, for the second year in a row. She is extremely kind and helpful, and my parents loved her place and the area so much they went back! Very clean and nice place, plenty of extra amenities, beautiful views of the lake and surrounding area and wildlife, good restaurants within driving distance, and plenty of privacy and a feeling of safety and calm! Thank you again Kim from all of us, especially my very happy parents!

The River House may be the nicest Airbnb property I’ve had the opportunity of staying at. My host and their team went the extra yard to ensure my accommodations were memorable. I will consider this one of my truly “happy places” and definitely will be returning as often as possible.

4 life-long friends looked for a quick get-away. This home was perfect. Quiet, cozy, roomy and had every amenity you can think of and beyond! We wished we were able to stay longer than 2 nights. Our favorite being the hot tub and the fireplace :-) :-) Ellen was extremely helpful and responsive with any question.

Toni gives attention to detail with this cottage, from the light up deer to the amazing, inviting smell as you enter. The wallflowers were a nice touch. She provided an array of coffee and creamers. When we entered the master bedroom, there were coffee cups with little bourbon chocolates. Wow! The whole cottage was very clean and comfortable. We loved the extra large deck with the gas fire pit and the oversized hot tub. We have been to the Edgewood resort four times. This has been our favorite! We will be booking with Toni again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Toured distilleries by day and enjoyed the cottage in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked. I was able to make a nice dinner one of the nights. Bed was comfy. The property was nice and the donkeys were a cute touch. The location was a little further from things than we expected but that's our fault for not researching a bit better. The last few miles get a bit windy and narrow so be careful if driving after dark. We would return if looking for a quiet, relaxing stay.

This home was so cozy and just as pictured! The location was awesome! I really enjoyed the hot tub very secluded and relaxing. Nice clean home! I’ll be returning.
