Wonderful stop in Sawtell on our Brisbane to Sydney road trip. Location was great, just across the road from the beach as well as some lovely cafes and restaurants. Easy drive to Coffs Harbour where we had dinner one night. The apartment was spacious, great beds and lovely veranda.

We stayed for one night and were really pleased with the location. The beach is just across the road, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. easy check-in process and good parking front of the building. It was a nice, enjoyable stay.

Great location with cafes and shops on the doorstep and the beach just across the road. I didn’t notice the no A/C in the listing but didn’t need it, the breeze blowing from the ocean more than made up for it. Very clean and well kept apartment.

Our 5th year in a row to return to Headlands House, we love everything about it. It can be wild and woolly out in the ocean and we are cosy inside watching the drama unfold in front of us. Otherwise we are out there, the sea is sparkling, the waves are perfect for beginner surfers, and the beach is quiet enough to feel like you have it to yourself. And don't forget to go to the scotts head surf club on Sunday afternoon for a fun, friendly session of locals and local musicians 🎶🎶💖

What a gem - beautifully styled place on the top floor of a lovely old house. The wrap around verandah is so lovely to relax on and the couches and bed are really comfy. Easy walk to the beach and town. Nothing to fault, highly recommend!

Shore break was an an unforgettable experience. Large house with enough space to accomodate 6 kids/infants and 6 adults. The view from upstairs balcony looking out onto rainbow beach was absolutely stunning! We admired all the beautiful and interesting decor, furniture and art in all the difference spaces of the house. A lot of fish was caught at a bear by beach, a lot of swimming was swam and so many memories made. Thank you for having us, highly recommended this house!

We had an awesome week in the house at Crescent Head. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of space, a great deck and lots for the kids to do. The outdoor shower was heavily utilised! Definitely recommend

Very great location. Easy to get everywhere without a big hill climb. Pretty kid friendly; albeit a bit small and little dusty only in some areas. Melanie was always responsive and helpful. Very close to everything in town and the beach.

Thank you Michele, your place has amazing views, it really is 180 Degrees panoramic. From the beginning we felt at home, Michele always was easy to reach and we got immediately response to our requests. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. We definitely want to come back there for our next vacation.

From the get go, Stuart was excellent with communication and friendly. The house was packed with every little thing you need. Honestly, felt like it was right at home.

The apartment was close to all of Sawtel's amenities, beach and restaurants.

My husband and I just stayed at our first Airbnb and we were wonderfully surprised at our first stay! What a beautiful property and location…sadly it was raining the whole time but we were completely comfortable just going for drives and staying in for dinner and a bit of TV! We would not hesitate in staying at this property again and I think I would like to try the farm stay property sometime in the not so distant future! Kathy & Jamie

Ali and Isaac’s place was great. We stayed for 3 nights with 2 kids. The beds were actually comfortable for a change! The pool was a bonus to wash off after visiting the beach which is just up the road. Cafes just around the corner and only 2 kms from where a lot of the fishing charters leave the wharfs. They were very responsive and helpful, probably the best one I’ve stayed at yet. Thanks guys. We would definitely come back again.

We have visited SWR many times and this time didn’t disappoint. The unit was within easy walking distance to everything and had all the amenities you could want. James and Soumah were very responsive and great hosts. Hope to be back next year.
