Vacation rentals with a patio in Cowley, Oxfordshire

We stayed here last year and still our choice this year, the location is very convenient, easy access to supermarket and bus station. Quite area, very suitable for family out.

This is a great base from which to explore Oxford. The flat is well located, well presented and very well equipped. There were some nice welcome provisions, the beds were comfortable and the flat was warm in a cold weekend. Phoebe was very attentive and helpful. We would strongly recommend.

My stay overall was very relaxing and comfortable, a home away from home. Finding the check in instructions was easy and the spot/flood light above the front was very helpful. The locks and doors were a little stiff and needed a little bit of pressure to get opened, however once you did it the first time the rest was easy. A lovely welcome to a clean and bright living room, including some basics like bread, milk and butter. such a good touch especially as I arrived a little later in the evening. Very good location with transport links into central Oxford. Local shops not too far away either (all within 15min walk). Very quiet place despite being on a bus route and local community centre, as I hardly heard the bus go past. Communicating with Angela was easy as pie, she was proactive, friendly and very well informed. Instructions pack in the apartment was also very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and easily accessible. Our host was friendly and accommodating. The space was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a quick getaway to Oxford!

Lovely Annexe, so much storage, lots of cleaning products, Host friendly and very helpful. Area peaceful and quiet, free parking. Area lite well when returning in dark, felt safe. Could cook own meals which is great. Host gave me a large bag and was happy to wash bed linen and towels. Lovely local pub, food great. Local to family and friends. Would definitely recommend. Such a lovely place to stay in Wantage! The instructions were very clear and thorough. The house has so many lovely details to make your stay comfortable. The bed was super comfy and the house was lovely and warm. It’s only a short walk into Wantage with easy transport links. Definitely recommend!

Great location, right on the river, and just a short walk into the centre. Two good pubs/restaurants, a coffee shop and a convenience store are just steps away. The studio is very well equipped with a new kitchen and bathroom. Tea, coffee etc are provided together with washing up stuff. The smart tv has all the standard apps loaded and ready to log into. The bathroom towels are generous in size, hot water is plentiful and the shower is fab! The studio is compact but has everything you need for a stay in Oxford. Highly recommended.

Louisa is a fantastic host and very welcoming, She kept in touch throughout our stay. The Annexe is beautifully well kept, with everything you need. it's like home from home. we will certainly be staying again on our return to Oxford.

This is shown in its cleanliness, coziness, attention to detail, and the hospitality shown in messages and other communication. Everything was as pictured. We've just spent Christmas here and were not disappointed. Plenty of space for us all, rooms were very nice, house was lovely and clean. Just an FYI that although the couches were comfy, they were very low so our relatives over 70 really struggled to get up and down from them, didn't stop me giving 5 stars though and would definitely stay again. Garden was large and enclosed so perfect for our dog and there is a park a few mins walk away where she could have a good run around in. Shops and pubs within 10 mins walk too and host was extremely good at communicating. Thanks Carole for a lovely stay!

Great base for the Cotswolds. Steph always replied quickly to messages. We were a family of 4 - 2 adults and 13/10yr olds and suited us perfectly. Milk and biscuits on arrival with tea, coffee, sugar, oil and some spices for cooking too. Towels provided and loo rolls - thanks Steph for a lovely stay x

Very quiet neighbourhood with easy access to town through a lovely park and over a river. Perfect for accessing Pitt Rivers and Ashmoleon. The flat is simple and clean with a minimalist feeling of tranquility and space. Initially it feels a bit corporate but it grows on you. I enjoyed reading on the sofa in the morning with lots of natural light. Well equipped, although would benefit from another large saucepan or wok. Excellent communication. Heartily recommend.

Fantastic and helpful hosts make such a difference! Claudia sent information before and during the stay which made it so easy to find the place and settle in. The secure car parking was very useful and the apartment has everything you might need. Super comfortable bed and lovely and warm during a cold snap! I will definitely stay here again.

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

Nice flat which is actually part of Shaun's house, but with separate, private amenities, including a section of a large garden and space to park the car. It is an ideal base for exploring the local countryside, notably White Horse Hill and other nique sites such as Wayland's Smithy Long Barrow. The flat has one large room which serves as both the bedroom with a double bed at one end, and the living room, with a comfortable, three seater sofa and a television at the other end. Of the two further rooms, one is a kitchen with an eating/seating area and a fridge freezer, microwave oven and air fryer and the third is a large bathroom with a sink, toilet and walk in shower. There is plenty of spotless kitchenware and large towels and cushions. You will find Shaun extremely helpful and welcoming. There is a pub/restaurant about a mile up the road, but the restaurant is not open every day. You need a vehicle to venture out further and shop. We enjoyed visiting The Lamb at Wantage.

This was a great apartment and location. The apartment was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers and the location was fantastic.

Firstly, Bryoni is a lovely hostess and went out of her way to book us a table at a great restaurant which was a last minute request by us. Secondly, the photos don't do the place justice. It was spotless and everything looked brand new. All the small touches just made it feel homely and comfortable. It is a great location as it is so nice and peaceful, but also not too fair from anywhere. We would definitely love to come back here!

Lovely little get away spot with lots of local places. Linda was a brilliant host and I will definitely be back to stay again.
