Tranquil and beautiful rural surroundings, part of a lovely country cottage home, all you need, whether you are relaxing, using as a base for work nearby, or vase for visting the area it meets all your needs.

Accommodation without great pretensions, but I had a pretty clear idea of ​​where I would stay, so no surprises. To improve the cleanliness, dust and cobwebs... it is not a problem for me but it may be for others. Clean and comfortable beds, clean and soft towels with a certain smell of fried food... Fantastic bar and restaurant, good and abundant food. Large terrace and parking, it is in the center of the town, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. I stayed during Tanks Trucks and Firepower, so I only needed a place to sleep, having that clear I would not mind repeating if necessary.

We had a lovely week away at the Hayloft and were blessed with beautiful weather too. The property is spotlessly clean, comfortable and homely with wonderful views over the countryside. We enjoyed days trips to Witley Court and Coombe Abbey, as well as discovering many of the farm shops in the area. Charlene was an amazing host. Always quick to respond and provided us with many recommendations for the local area. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlene's property and hope to go back again in the future ourselves.

Lovely, quirky and quiet place to stay. Highly recommend staying here. Both our dogs and us were made welcome. Zoe was attentive and the place was perfect for our needs

The Garden annex is absolutely beautiful, a little haven of peace and tranquillity. There are lots of local walks and a local pub that has the most amazing brunch that I would definitely recommend. Vanessa And Dom are always on hand if you do have any questions or need fresh towels or bed linen. Great Wi-Fi, I work from home and had no issues during my stay. Great kitchen, I cooked every night and had every needed to prepare meals. I would definitely recommend the Garden annex.

The place was fantastic and just the restful, relaxing place we were looking for. The hosts were excellent at getting back to us whenever needed and we enjoyed feeding the chickens and lighting the fire even more than we thought we would 😁 . Would absolutely recommend!

I have booked this accommodation a few times for someone who comes down from Huddersfield to deliver training for Lost Dog Tracking. Claire travels extensively and has stated that this is one of her favourite Airbnb's. Becky has been super helpful and when I have been unable to find the property to book and messaged her she has always responded quickly and resolved the issue. A beautiful short stop for myself, partner and our dog Buster. Lovely clean and homely feel. Host Dom was very friendly and easily accessible. We will definitely be returning soon, thank you Dom.

I had a fantastic stay at Cedar Cottage. Amanda was an amazing host, going above and beyond to help myself and my friend get around the local area. The cottage was modern, warm and comfortable and had everything you needed - loved the underfloor heating. The home made cake was very appreciated! I didn't get enough time to explore but I plan to come back and do it properly next time! Many thanks again Amanda :)

The Yard is a brilliant little place perfectly situated just 10 minutes drive from plenty of walks in the Malvern hills. The accommodation was clean, stacked with goodies, and very cosy. The hosts communicated with us perfectly.

This really is a beautiful place to stay. A real retreat. Everything is very well designed, comfortable and very very clean. It was perfect for us - two couples who wanted a quiet, comfortable and relaxing break. Lots of light shone through all weekend. Everything has been thought of. very easy to walk through the park into Leamington itself. We would absolutely stay here again. A small point - The retreat is at the bottom of the garden, and to reach it, you need to go through two doors and down a path. At the moment, this wouldn't be ideal for anyone with mobility issues, but they plan is to make it so.

Only a short stay as we attended a wedding near by. Wish we had booked longer. Beautiful place. Would 100% recommend

This was our second visit and it is safe to say we were not disappointed! What Andy and Nicola offer is so special and we were so well looked after, we honestly could not have asked for a better week. Whether it be a variety of extra touches for us or super recommendations we were ensured to be left busy with a bundle of things to enjoy and endless amounts of TLC! The place was great, cosy and modern. Kept to a really clean standard with all amenities one could need. Kerry was very good with communication and always helpful. Definitely would recommend!

The Lobin is a serene and beautiful place to stay. The bed is very comfy, and the Lobin itself nicely presented with a homely and rustic feel. You get your own section of garden complete with birdsong throughout the day. Kevin and Ruth were pleasant and responsive hosts who made me feel welcome; I was left to enjoy complete privacy but with the assurance they would be pleased to help should I need them. Thanks for the great stay!

Such a lovely stay. Everything was immaculate and this really is the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! There were so many thoughtful touches around the place which we truly appreciated and hope to stay again in the future. The hosts were very friendly and we felt welcomed. The bedroom set up worked perfectly for our young family too!

We had a wonderful stay at Sicca Lodge! Nik was a great host, very communicative and helpful. We received detailed instructions about check in and check out, it was easy to find and a seamless process! The accommodation was beautiful - everything we needed for a home away from home! A wonderfully comfy bed and it was lovely lounging on the sofa in front of the TV in the evenings too! I fell in love with the view! It was so peaceful, perfectly situated out in the countryside. A short drive for a day out in Stratford upon Avon! We wished we had enough time to visit the local pub - next time!
