Beachfront vacation rentals in County Sligo

if your wanting to get away from the hussle and bussle then this is the place your looking for. absolutely stunning scenery and so peaceful. We spent 3 nights at Araceli and Mir's cottage and wish we'd booked for longer, really loved taking the boat out and having a picnic on one of the islands in the lake. in the evenings taking pictures of the sun setting over the hills. loved waking up and sitting on the bench with our morning brew whilst listening to the chorus of bird songs. came away fully recharged.

Perfect communication with Sheena, the house has everything you need in it, very confortable with an amazing view. Mullaghmore was closing for the winter (no more leasure center or tourist activities from 31 october), but the walks are amazing and people friendly. it was a good holiday, thank you!

The apartment looks out onto the Atlantic Ocean. Surfers, fantastic sunsets, people enjoying the beautiful area. The accommodation itself is perfectly clean, quiet and comfortable. Cot was provided for 1 year old. Above a cafe but no annoying noise. In fact it was a bonus - coffees and breakfast were very handy. Check in was made very easy as Stephen met us on arrival. Highly recommend Strandhill for a very family friendly holiday.

The photos don't do justice to the view from the living room and master bedroom. it's epic. Eileen's recommendations for dining were spot on. the beach is moments away and we walked for kms. the master bedroom is great and the bed is awesome.

Another fantastic stay at Ann's place. This is the second time we stayed this year and looking forward to staying again. This place is a little gem - less than a minute walk to a quiet beach, stunning scenery and a fabulous house. Ann is really responsive and helpful as is John. The house is small but perfect with luxury touch's and everything you might need. If you are looking for some quiet time with beautiful views, then this is the place. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had a wonderful few days at David and Barbara’s. The surrounding area is stunning. We could walk to the beach and the view of the harbour from the house is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and our family of five had plenty of space. We lit the stove in the sitting room at night, which was lovely on chilly October nights. We easily accessed activities for the family in the surrounding area. It’s a very nice spot in a beautiful area.

The location is ideal - Just 20 minutes from both Sligo town and Bundoran, with a SuperValu only 10 minutes away in Grange. What makes this place special is the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and tranquility. From the comfortable interiors to the rustic charm, every detail is designed to make you feel at home.. This isn't just accommodation, it's an experience we'll treasure. We're already looking forward to returning and would highly recommend Chloe's cabin to anyone seeking a unique getaway in beautiful Sligo.

Our stay at Chris & Mary's house was everything we hoped for. The location is superb. Two minute walk to the beach, two minute walk to the pier, one minute to the seaweed bathhouse. The house is clean, cosy and spacious. Excellent value for money. But the personal touches where what made it very special. I was warmly greeted on arrival by Mary, who showed me around and made me feel welcome and at ease. She had baked fresh scones with her own fair hand, along with butter and what looked (and tasted) like homemade jam (delicious!). Very responsive for advice about local amenities, etc., and flexible about checking out. My friends and I had the perfect weekend. We will definitely be back and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ocean View.

myself and my best friend had the most beautiful girlie night away at Catherine's cabin. Catherine was an amazing host, friendly, kind, responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The space is so therapeutic with an incredible view. Just perfect for anyone looking for a soulful night away. we completed our visit with a walk on the Strandhill beach. Would 100% recommend.
