Lovely house. Parking directly outside. A quick taxi ride to Oxford centre. Very close to the A34 which was great for us travelling from Brum. And a lovely pub (The Fishes) just 5 minutes away (walking!). It was perfect for us, and when we return to Oxford for our next visit, we will be looking to book here again!!

Stayed here for just 1 night with my partner for her birthday. The studio is very lovely and in a fantastic location! Alexander allowed us to check in early which was super helpful! I would definitely stay again and fully recommend if you are looking to be close to the city centre.

Wow! What a lovely stay we had in Charlotte’s apartment. A home away from home with added extras. The apartment was spotless, charming with quirky decor and was very homely and welcoming. The outdoor hot tub area was fantastic and the added extras in the kitchen and pantry were a lovely touch, especially providing sanitary products in the bathroom. The bedroom area was incredibly cosy and inviting for sleep. Great location for those looking to stay a short walk from the city centre. Charlotte as a host was extremely attentive and responsive to any queries, we had a fantastic time and will be my go to accommodation for whenever I visit bath! Thank you so much 😊

We needed a place to stay last minute as having renovations in our home. The flexibility and response to this was great. The house was comfortable, warm and clean. Amos and Don were responsive in their communication. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay. 👍🏻

Laura was friendly amd proactive throughout, we were kept up to date on the whole process and were given some really good recommendations which made our stay wven better. The place was cosy and came with lots of extra amenities. Also a really good location with great transport links

Michaela was a wonderful host with a beautiful home-. She had thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay and was so easy to deal with. She was really flexible with our needs and accommodated us so well with our 2 dogs. I couldn't recommend this place more. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Michaela for everything! Well what can I say, Julie goes above and beyond with all the little touches around the Annex. Even spare toothbrushes and toothpaste incase you forgot yours, it’s little thoughtful touches like that that makes this place special. Julie is lovely very welcoming and friendly I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. It happened to be my Birthday the day we arrived and Julie even managed to make that extra special with extra treats a banner and balloons. I was very touched by this. Beds very comfortable, rooms immaculate and very stylish decor. Even a BBQ in the shed. Only one tiny thing missing a small table to put the food on for the BBQ. Not a criticism just an observation it would have made things a little easier when using the BBQ. I know i could have asked and you would probably have provided but i didn’tlike to bother you😁. But overall 10/10 for the place and the host. Julie thank you so much, you obviously care about your guests comfort and enjoyment.

We booked this for a family break with parents and 2 toddlers over Christmas and we were not disappointed. The pictures accurately reflect the condition of the property; extremely clean, cosy and a well stocked kitchen. It is easy to find, in the heart on Leamington Spa; within walking distance to all the restaurants, parks and boutiques that the town has to offer. Located on a quiet road off the main thorughfare, allowing for a peaceful nights sleep in the super-comfy beds. Off street parking for the 2 cars was very convenient. Thanks for being a great host Luca, we will be back!

Lovely little place to unwind. Hot tub was perfect and hot! The rooms were clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Krystena was super responsive and everything was clear. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

The fireplace added to the rustic ‘away-from-the-city’ ambience, the piano was also great feature as both myself and my daughter play and it was nice to ‘jam’ in the cosy lounge by the fire in the evening

Just back from a beautiful weekend at the Pavillion. The place was amazing, with fantastic views, very peaceful. The sauna and outdoor pool added to the experience. Ruth greeted us on arrival and was happy to show us around. Ruth supplies all the information needed for the stay well in advance and was available over the weekend if we needed anything (we didn't)

Excellent stay at Anais & Richard's place. Very clean, comfortable and historic. There's a church so close, it feels like it's part of the property. Highly recommend for an enjoyable and relaxing trip. Cheers, xx

Lovely place to stay lots of space and nice and clean we will defo book again.

We had the most wonderful stay the night before our wedding. Stephanie was having some renovation work completed on the property and upgraded us to her larger property which was so kind and such a treat for us all. The house was stunning and our guests felt the same. Thank you so much!

Great location and area to stay, very close to main Bristol city centre, within walking distance of shops and restaurants with lots to do nearby. The stay was lovely, and Arti was really helpful and proactive to ensure we had everything we needed. The place was also great, and had all the utilities we could need, so would recommend if you want somewhere cosy and private to stay while also being able to enjoy Bristol and all it has to offer.

I stayed for one quick night at Jason’s flat. The flat in general was spotless, the room was just as described and the bathroom was in perfect condition, super clean! The location is relation to my needs was absolutely perfect, the access to the flat was easy. There is no number for the house, just a brown gate, but still impossible to miss it and Jason was available at all time. Nothing else to say. All perfect. Thank you Jason!

she is a lovely lady with a golden heart. she took care of me like her family member. It was worth staying with her.

The accommodation itself was lovely, well kept, had everything we needed, was very private with the wall around it, and an excellent space for our dog to go out into. The surrounding was idyllic, we went on a completely different riverside walk every day, heading to different local villages and pubs. It was easy to get into Bath too, and the pub just over the road was a gem!

Charlotte is the perfect host. Accommodating all my requests regarding the environment. The room was cozy and clean. Had a great sleep in the lovely bed. Would definitely stay again

Tom is an honest host who responds well to any query. He acts in the best interest of his guests and shows understanding to one's situation. It was indeed an honour to deal with him and his colleague/assistant. I highly recommend dealing with them as they proved themselves to be trustworthy and caring.
