He gave us restaurants suggestions and great instructions to make check-in and check- out a breeze. Thank you for your kindness, hospitality, and warm heart. It meant a lot for us, we felt like home! The apartment is excellent, modern, clean and as described. The big balcony is a bonus for both day and evening. The apartment is very conveniently located close to the beaches, with great restaurants nearby, shops, and supermarkets. Secure parking and washer are a big bonus. Thank you Nicola for everything. Super clean apartment, lovingly and conveniently furnished/equipped. Very quiet apartment (neighborhood). Nice big terrace, great kitchen-living room. Private parking is very beneficial. Great area, all partially within walking distance. Rental car makes sense! Cristina is very nice and helpful and immediately available. Despite a late arrival time, she welcomed us, explained and showed us everything. We recommend Cristina's apartment. Thank you!

Mrs. Maddalena and mr. Franco were very friendly and hospitable. Their grapes tasted delicious! The house was clean and well arranged. We were amazed by the La Dune beach 10 km away from the house - we rented a scooter for transport (Mrs. Maddalena took us to the rental place). Not only that - our last day was Sunday and since the bus timetables were not optimal Mrs. Maddalena got us a driver that drove us to a train station 26 km away (from where the train took us directly to the airport). Would recommend!

Dalia is a exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. i booked The little house for an aunt, and she was pleasantly impressed by the atmosphere. It is a very nice and particular accommodation, it spans several floors. Equipped with everything you need to have a nice stay, from the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the village.

Great location in the very heart of the city near to the marina and to the old town. However proximity has its price: it's noisy even in the nights. One should well assess their priorities. The place is very spacious, comfort and interestingly designed, with high cieling that creats a sense of aristocratism. Everithing needed is available, incl. sun umbrella that saves money for renting such on the beach. Maurizio is a great host, very friendly and quickly answering and providing valuable insights.

Massimo's cottage is a little secluded, a gravel road leads a few hundred meters along the coast to this cozy and quiet spot. The Spaggia dei Francesi (small lagoon with crystal clear water and fine-grained, white sand) is located about 200m from the house. The garden with a pool and a large barbecue area is surrounded by a protective wall. The cottage offers plenty of space and is great for a stay with two families or a group. We sincerely thank you for Massimo's hospitality! Glad to come back!

We feel very good at Fabrizio and Claudia's home. Fabrizio has provided us with all the information we need to make sure our check-in goes smoothly. When we arrived we found food and drinks as a welcome gift, that's lovely, thank you! Then the house was really clean and there is everything you need: towels, shower gel, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee, dish soap, umbrella, dryer, laundry clips... The bathroom inside is small, it's true, but the one on the terrace is covered and more spacious. The view of the hills is also very pretty. The Miticus pizzeria nearby is excellent (we have not tested the others) and the staff very kind. We had a great time in Solanas. Thank you so much for your availability too!

Very good stay! Gianfranco was accommodating on the arrival times. The apartment was central, very well equipped and clean. The bedding was very comfortable! We were a little cold at night (high ceilings and central air conditioning so the rooms remained cool) but there were huge pleas that served well:) Thank you for hosting us!

We found everything you need for breakfast, as well as various amenities in the bathroom and other rooms. Very rare attention! Absolutely recommended, we will definitely be back.

Central area of Cagliari, easy to get around on foot, apartment really well cared for and full of every comfort. Area full of restaurants and clubs, still quiet. Unique is the parking lot of the station that is nearby, where you can leave the car, managed by an entity that really steals the money, for the period of stay I spent almost more parking than accommodation. Otherwise, we'll take it back with our eyes closed.

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!

We needed an overnight stay in Cagliari at short notice and came to Piermario. A very nice place with a very friendly landlord. If there were six stars, he would have deserved it.
