We had a wonderful stay, the house is located in a very nice neighborhood and also very child-friendly. Everything was very clean, the beautiful view, the fenced garden, the short path to the beach (about 5 minutes) and the private car parking space behind a locked gate were very nice. We enjoyed the peace and the sunrises the most, which will always be remembered. We would come back. The host Alessio was also always accommodating and always responded very quickly to our questions. We were looking for something quiet with our dog and were very happy with the location, the garden and the quiet surroundings. Above all, it's a nice and modern place where we immediately felt comfortable. Modern kitchen, great amenities even with dishwasher and washing machine. Raffaela is a really very nice contact and always available. She welcomed us personally, we felt very welcome. Thank you! We are happy to recommend it and will also be happy to come back!

New and very clean apartment. Cute town but still poorly equipped for tourists. Very nice beaches 45 minutes/1h.

The apartment was very functional and well-equipped. The terrace is always cool and provides a shaded space in case of hot weather. We didn't have to turn on the air conditioning, just the fan was enough. The apartment is not new but is in very good condition: clean and tidy. Host hospitality was friendly. We were greeted with fresh water bottles and small juices for the children by the owners. Budoni is a lively town with some evening activities for families, very nice. It is not especially quiet in the evening, it is a lively and noisy town at night, we could hear the music until late but that didn't stop us from sleeping. The apartment is 2-3min walk to a nice beach, clean and family-friendly, this one is not too crowded and is therefore easy to get there and spend the day. We had a pleasant stay with the family. Fantastic property set in a stunning location. Spacious rooms and had all of the needed amenities. Incredible views from the outside patio and very tranquil.

We had a great time at this beautiful house. The view is beautiful, much better than the pictures. Our kids played a lot on the grounds and discovered a lot. Maria Luisa was great to reach and always provided us with good tips. There are many great beaches in the area. We would come back. Thanks

Beautiful peaceful place with kind host.

I had one of the nicest weeks of my life in this gorgeous accommodation during February. The surrounding nature is astonishing and easily accessible within a few minutes by car. The accommodation had a nice garden and was super clean. Roberto and his family were very proactive and friendly in their communication, which gave me comfort as a solo traveller. Definitely recommendable , thank you for everything.

Very nice stay. Frederica and her parents very available and discreet. Beautiful beaches 10 minutes drive. Downtown within a 5-minute walk, all shops. Clean and functional accommodation. Flower garden and terrace where we had a few meals and where we drank a local specialty, the Mirto, delicious after a homemade coffee offered by our guests. Very nice!

We have been travelling for a few weeks and this was the best accommodation of the trip - so well appointed and beautifully presented. Mirko was so helpful and an attentive host for any questions we had. The views were breathtaking - it’s a long way from Australia but hopefully we will be back !!

We spent two nights at this place. We especially liked that a lot is within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately it was rainy so we were never in the lounge or in the garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen we found almost everything, with olive oil, Nicola helped us😊. Thank you

We stayed the last week of August and the first week of September 2024. The location is really convenient, a 5-minute walk to the beach. We found a very clean, cozy apartment and above all equipped with everything. The garden is simply wonderful with an amazing view to enjoy breakfast and evening aperitifs. The owner is very kind and always available. We highly recommend it!

The apartment is equipped with many amenities including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, milk hood, barbecue, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and outdoor shower. The two bathrooms are complete with shower and bidet and windows. Large outdoor terrace. The only flaw is the sofa bed mattress not suitable for extended stays as it is extremely thin and uncomfortable. Clean bedding and bath linen provided for all guests. Private underground parking easily accessible. Host courteous and very willing to provide advice about the area.

We loved our stay at Libero Giuseppe’s home. This was by far the best place we stayed during a two month trip to Europe. The view from the living room, bedroom and enclosed and open balconies was the 11th century castle and colourful houses clinging to the hill below. It was quiet and relaxing and the perfect location to explore the town, castle and surrounding areas, with lots of great walks nearby. It has a well equipped kitchen which was perfect to do some home cooking after months of eating out. We loved the different areas we could relax in and especially loved watching the murmuration of starlings at dusk as they settled into the trees below. This booking was a surprise for my partner who loved the piano! It was a completely perfect stay.
