We had a wonderful stay, the house is located in a very nice area and also very child-friendly. Everything was very clean, the beautiful view, the fenced garden, the short walk to the beach (approx. 5 minutes) and the private parking space behind a locked gate were very nice. Most of all, we enjoyed the tranquility and sunrises, which will always be remembered. We would come back. The host Alessio was also always accommodating and always responded to our questions very quickly. Thank you Alessio!

New and very clean apartment. Cute town but still poorly equipped for tourists. Very nice beaches 45 minutes/1h.

The apartment was very functional and well-equipped. The terrace is always cool and provides a shaded space in case of hot weather. We didn't have to turn on the air conditioning, just the fan was enough. The apartment is not new but is in very good condition: clean and tidy. Host hospitality was friendly. We were greeted with fresh water bottles and small juices for the children by the owners. Budoni is a lively town with some evening activities for families, very nice. It is not especially quiet in the evening, it is a lively and noisy town at night, we could hear the music until late but that didn't stop us from sleeping. The apartment is 2-3min walk to a nice beach, clean and family-friendly, this one is not too crowded and is therefore easy to get there and spend the day. We had a pleasant stay with the family. Thank you!

Fantastic property set in a stunning location. Spacious rooms and had all of the needed amenities. Incredible views from the outside patio and very tranquil.

We had a great time at this beautiful house. The view is beautiful, much better than in the pictures. Our children played a lot on the premises and discovered a lot. Maria Luisa was super easy to reach and always provided us with good tips. There are many great beaches in the area. We would come back anytime. Thanks

Beautiful peaceful place with kind host.

We had a lovely stay in Sardinia, with our 4-year-old daughter. Very good communication with the host, responsive, and help with locations. Very nice welcome too. The accommodation is very well located and has a nice view of the island. The space is a little too dark for my taste due to exposure, the kitchen is not very ergonomic (and therefore less convenient for someone tall) and the shower is a little small. Maybe one or two cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner are missing😊. We put 5 stars because it didn't spoil our stay, and the value for money is very good.

Very nice stay. Frederica and her parents are very available and discreet. Beautiful beaches 10 minutes by car. Downtown is within a 5-minute walk, all shops. Clean and functional accommodation. Garden and flowered terrace where we had some meals and where we drank a local specialty, Mirto, delicious after a homemade coffee offered by our hosts. Very nice!

Mirko's place has an excellent view. Parking was also easy and convenient. Mirko was so kind and easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend staying at Mirko's place.

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. The apartment is equipped with many amenities including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, milk hood, barbecue, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and outdoor shower. The two bathrooms are complete with shower and bidet and windows. Large outdoor terrace. The only flaw is the sofa bed mattress not suitable for extended stays as it is extremely thin and uncomfortable. Clean bedding and bath linen provided for all guests. Private underground parking easily accessible. Host courteous and very willing to provide advice about the area.

We loved our stay at Libero Giuseppe’s home. This was by far the best place we stayed during a two month trip to Europe. The view from the living room, bedroom and enclosed and open balconies was the 11th century castle and colourful houses clinging to the hill below. It was quiet and relaxing and the perfect location to explore the town, castle and surrounding areas, with lots of great walks nearby. It has a well equipped kitchen which was perfect to do some home cooking after months of eating out. We loved the different areas we could relax in and especially loved watching the murmuration of starlings at dusk as they settled into the trees below. This booking was a surprise for my partner who loved the piano! It was a completely perfect stay.

The place was one of the best we’ve stayed in Italy, and we’ve stayed in plenty of places before. It wasn’t because of the place itself but because of the hospitality in particular Mr Longobardi. I fell extremely ill on my second to last day with a throat infection and his support to aid me back to health was truly heartwarming, he stayed with me while my boyfriend went to pick up my prescriptions and constantly checked up on me until we checked out. He also did many things I cannot list on here otherwise my review will be too long! It was truly a selfless act that it is rare to find in these days… thank you so much! I really hope this review explains in detail how amazing the hosts were! Hope to see you all again soon, we will definitely be back. Grazie Mille ❤️
