Great place in a very good location in Soller. Clean, private, very well equipped, as advertised in every way. We had a great stay with the family. Attention to the access road not recommended for large cars or other pickups. Possibility also to park on the main street, about 100m walk.

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

We loved our stay! Thorsten was helpful throughout and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was outstanding as was the outdoor space. Everywhere was spotless and I can genuinely say nothing needed to be improved! We loved the accommodation and three generations simply had the best time together in this exceptional place.

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We celebrated my 30th birthday at the finca and had an unforgettable time. The house and property are even more beautiful than in the photos, the view is a dream! I would book this place again at any time and have also recommended it several times in my friend and circle of acquaintances ❤️ The inflatable pool toys were broken and we disposed of them, for that we left our swimming rings and air mattresses for the next guests:))

Great, very quiet place. Nice setting and very clean accommodation, I recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to recharge your batteries.

We had an enchanting time staying at the place. The house is quaint and cozy, just to feel comfortable. Amenities were manageable, but was completely sufficient for 5 people. The landlords were always helpful with problems and questions. We will be happy to come back!!

Lovely stay at this townhouse in Pollensa. Well looked after accommodation and great location for access to Pollensa. Communication with host was excellent and we were able to check in early and check out late. Only downside was in October there was no sun at the house at all since it didn’t get high enough in the sky. We went to the beach instead which was fine but a shame not to enjoy the pool area. We would definitely return in the summer when I suspect it is a sun trap. Thank you so much we had a lovely stay.

Beautiful home nestled in a peaceful village, making it the perfect retreat to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life. The serene surroundings provide a calming atmosphere, and the highlight of the house is undoubtedly the charming fireplace – a cozy feature that adds warmth and character. highly recommended!

Beautiful view from the backyard. Big property with a lot of privacy. 15 min walk to Soller center. Nicely renovated and clean. 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom and are a little tight on the top floor. Light on towels.

Fantastic location and wonderful charming property that couldn’t be better located,literally on top of all that Pollensa offers but still incredibly quiet. We had an issue with a faulty fridge/freezer and the owner had it replaced by the afternoon which was a super response. If you want authentic Spanish living with all the modern facilities you need then this property is perfect, as it is arranged over several floors may not suit elderly guests with mobility issues. Would highly recommend if you want quiet relaxing time but the convenience of being close shops, restaurants and bars.

Amazing stay in the house. Everything is perfect!!!

We were allowed to spend 3 weeks in Can Calet in October 2024. It was an incredibly great time. The property is beautifully landscaped. An oasis in the countryside with a breathtaking pool, brilliant views and wonderful architecture. It was perfect and couldn't have been better. Communication was smooth and all extra requests were fulfilled quickly, without problems and at no additional cost. We will definitely come back and thank you for the incredibly good time.

Enjoyed our time at Akash’s beautiful home. Highly recommend anyone who is in Mallorca

We had a wonderful time here and would definitely return! Being right in the middle of town makes everything possible -- it's the best of all worlds. In the garden out back you have peace and privacy; stepping outside you can pick up groceries or take a coffee in the town square within a 1-minute walk. Our group did many different things -- some of us hiked to the port one day (train back); some of us drove off to climb in deep water solos (drove back); some of us hiked to Deia for lunch (taxied back). And every evening, we could gather for lovely dinners, either at home or steps from the villa.

Good location a few meters away from the city beach, air conditioners work well and the partly covered terrace offers protection even in occasional rain. The second toilet and shower are not located in the house but in the private courtyard, in good weather no problem. The garbage is picked up in front of the house daily at night. When the window is open, the alley next door can be heard at night (motorcycles, garbage collection, old cars). Customer service via messenger (09:00-17:00) was always very friendly and eager. Overall a good place for a group of friends.

The place is really even better than the photos show. A lot of space, beautiful grounds, great pool and the dog is very sweet. We felt very comfortable and the communication with Fernando and Pepe was great, both are very friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay here! The home is beautiful and very clean. Perfect location walkable to the restaurants/bars, beaches, and port. Right in the action but also did not hear any noise at night to disrupt our rest. The garden and rooftop terraces are amazing to have space to relax outside. Phaeton was an excellent host and very helpful for check in / out and providing local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

Francisca and Maria were warm, kind, generous and vey helpful during our month long stay in their family home in Petra. The house is very beautiful and located almost at the center of Mallorca, so we had many trips exploring the island, and then were appreciative to return to a place that felt like a home.

We had a tremendous stay at Michel's house in the centre of Soller. The house is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Ideally located in the centre of Soller a few minutes stroll to the main square with an abundance of bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful finca. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped, but that didn't bother us much. The sea and various nice places are easy to reach by car. Our flight didn't go until 7 pm and we were allowed to stay in the finca until our departure to the airport, so we had a very relaxed departure day. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice house. Accomodation like on the pictures, good easy communication with Catalina. Huge advantage is that downstairs is huge garage where is left beach assortment ( umbrellas, mattresses) and toys for kids. Some balls matrices for swimming pool are as well outside to use. Localisation close to shops and few restaurants. Bed mattresses were too soft for us and king size bed is making a lot of sounds. Besides this huge benefit is that house has 3 bathrooms fully equipped. Could be better cleaned, drain in one of the shower was blocked. Beside this big recommendation! You will definitely find w erything you need there :)

We had an absolutely PERFECT stay at Toni's. The house is very well located, in a rural setting surrounded by sheep. The house is very well equipped, and ideally placed to discover the island of Mallorca. The outside is really the asset of this place and the hot tub the little extra that really makes the difference. Toni is a very nice host... we were greeted with a beautiful basket of fruit, a bottle of red wine and a bottle of sparkling wine! What to start the vacation in style. We can only recommend!!
