The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

The host was very responsive, he was there at the meeting time, everything was impeccable in the house. You had everything you need, even a shopping cart and in the kitchen all the utensils you need for cooking. Almost many restaurants , bus station, the beach, everything you need for a successful vacation. I had a good time and will probably come back.

At Naomi's flat we were super agusto. We spent a few days sightseeing and we found the carnivals and the very good recommendations of Noemí. We were greeted by her father who is a man's love and Noemí can't be asked for more than how very good host she is. We will definitely be back there. We have been to Valencia to experience the Fallas with. It was great despite the c**p weather. The center can be easily reached by public transport. With the Fallas you do have different travel times but the taxis are not expensive and good. If you love the beach (we haven't been in March), that's all within walking distance. There is a caretaker at the entrance and the complex makes a tidy impression. The apartment is located on the 5th floor and is easily accessible by an elevator. Apartments are always a bit noisy, but we have hardly been bothered by that. You also have a parking space in the underground garage, very convenient. All in all, despite the inclement weather, we enjoyed Valencia

The house is beautiful and you feel really good there. It's just as convenient. The kitchen is very functional like the rest. A real little piece of heaven. She welcomed us super warmly and was very kind and we thank her for her responsiveness which solved us. It's rare that I go back to a house or write a review but it will be the case for it from the heart.

We had a great time at Sonia's place, the arrival was very simple and allowed us to stay until after eating on the day of departure. The location is perfect, in the heart of Riumar, the quiet area, the house is very spacious and comfortable.

We stayed with Pilar last minute and that was very pleasant. The cottage was very clean, modern, equipped with everything we needed, and located by the sea. Pilar was very helpful and gave us tips for the region. If there was a problem with the water heater, it was resolved the day itself. Thanks!

Would recommend to any family. Very clean. Everything looked new. Perfect location for all tourist spots (all up to 30’). Gabriel very attentive in everything. Fantastic!

The casita is very good and has everything, well almost everything, we lack a fan in the rooms, we lacked oil and salt, q in the services it puts it, in the rules of the house they charge for everything and that should enter into what is contracted, but they are the rules… and if you want it.. but we have been very good.

Great apartment in a TOP location. Just a few minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants around the corner. The market hall is not far and the connection with public transport is perfect. Everything was clean and superbly decorated. Highly, highly recommended!

5 minutes walking from the pebbles beach. 5-7 minutes driving from the sand beach and small centre. supermarket next door. very nice, but at 5am the truck comes every day. the house has everything you need as a family. one bedroom did not have an airconditioning. very helpful hosts

The apartment is located outside of Valencia, but is very easy to reach. Right on your doorstep, there is a bus in your city. I really enjoyed being in this cozy and quiet place after long trips in town. My highlight was that you could heat! That would have been very cold in March.

Martinez’s place is amazing. Very well described and looked exactly like the photos. Loved that we had a supermarket directly opposite. Martinez was a great host, always answered messages quickly and gave us recommendations and very helpful and clear instructions on the public transport. Would 100% recommend to anyone. The pictures of the apartment are even surpassed by the reality. Above all, they can't reproduce the sound of the sea. When moved in, the apartment was very clean. Even with 6 adults there was enough place. The amenities were optimal. The first time I had kitchen knives in an apartment to work with. Not quite cheap but worth the price for us.

this apartment is in a nice location by the beach covered private parking place for 2 cars,s the apartment is spacious with all amenities you might need during your vacation. shops and restaurants are within walking distance Peniscola is lively with many restaurants and lots of nice shops a visit to the castle is well worth it nice places nearby are Benicarlo and Vinaros we can recommend this to anyone

We had a lovely stay at Gianina's apartment. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the host had provided some additional touches to make our stay easy and comfortable. There were welcome drinks of beer and prosecco in the fridge and some coffee. The soft cosy towels were an additional bonus and there was plenty of hot water to enjoy a good shower. The covered balcony was a good size and we enjoyed our breakfast here most mornings overlooking the pretty port. As the weather wasn't the best during our stay (more rain than we had expected) it was a nice place to return to and relax with the impressive entertainment system in the apartment. The apartment is in a good location with a supermarket and various restaurants on the door step. We chose to use the public transport which again is nearby. One bus will take you into Valencia with a 10 min walk into the old part of the city. This is a great place to stay for adults, away from the city. Would definitely recommend.
