Waterfront vacation rentals in Costa da Caparica

This was our second stay at this apartment. My daughter and I loved it the first time and the hosts were really great. This time we brought my husband and my daughter’s fiancé and they loved it also. Great area, comfy apartment. I hope I can come back again some day.

We stayed at Joana's place for a short trip with 2 kids. Had breakfast on the balcony, took hot showers, got some laundry done, cooked in a beautiful kitchen, drank coffee, and had some great family time. Joana's place is right in the middle of it all, accessible street, with lots of shops, safe to walk around, and most importantly surrounded by Portuguese Custard Tart shops. You cannot ask for anything more than that. Would gladly book again!

Rita is a wonderful person and a fantastic host. The apartment is perfectly located and was not only very clean and stylishly furnished – we felt right at home. Thank you for the many tips and for a wonderful time in Lisbon. We will be back!

We stayed for 2 months the apartment was perfect in its location and facilities, including regular cleaning and safe parking for our car. However at this time of year it can be cold and there were only some small electric heaters in the apartment. But Luis is a very good host, he met us with food and wine on the first night and continued to check on us throughout our stay. He went out of his way to find me a swimming pool nearby, to give us some extras we needed, and his recommendations for places to eat were fantastic, we tried them all and he brought us out the last night! Thank you Luis!

Wonderful place and the location is easy to go to visit everywhere!

We arrived 2 hours prior to check-in and they were still cleaning the apartment. The host allowed us to leave our luggage, and we had a great lunch down the street. The unit was well-stocked with kitchen supplies and chinaware. The bedding is nice and beds are very comfortable. The location is unbeatable, especially if it's your 1st visit to Lisbon. It's a few blocks from Timeout Market and walkable to the hop on and off buses to tour the other parts of the city. It's 20-30 min from Lisbon Airport. Loved it!

This was a great place to stay for my 4 nights in Lisbon with my sister! Walkable to train stations and definitely more peaceful than staying in downtown area. Walkable to the port/ocean and many restaurants! Was so cute and felt clean and great kitchen!! Host was also very helpful and responsive :))

The house is amazing and the view is absolutely incredible! We had a great weekend there and Gonçalo was very responsive and helpful. Absolutely recommend it !

Bruno was an amazing host and the location is perfect. You feel right at home, the views are amazing and access to trails and towns is perfect. Highly recommend staying here any time your in the area!

We had a very nice stay in Trafaria and Claudia was very attentive and friendly. she left details like a bottle of wine for us and the super clean and comfortable house. Trafaria is a diverse town, good restaurants and very feasible to visit Lisbon with the ferry.

A beautiful home, over 3 floors, so lots of stairs. It's a very comfortable, I loved the attention to detail in all the decor. we felt very at home, and found the house relaxing. there is a great outside space. Sophia is very friendly and helpful with great local tips. we had a great time.

We had a fantastic stay at Antonio's villa which was as pictured in a beautiful location and plenty of space for our party of 15. Great base from which to explore Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon. He was very helpful with providing restaurant recommendations and dealing with any issues that came up. Would highly recommend.

Thanks to lurds and luis, we had a stay in your really fantastic home!! Superb well appointed house with all the comforts you need and much more! Exceptional views of the ocean and sunset every night. Very good times with the family in the unmissable place of the house: the pool, a real pleasure when you wake up, at noon for an aperitif, and in the evening when you return from the beach!! An unforgettable experience. Thank you so much!!

The entire staff at Duques Villa is amazing! friendly, easy to communicate with. the property is fantastic, a beautifully restored historic villa in Lisbon that was once the residence of royalty! You will be treated as such, while you enjoy the amenities and marvel at every touch at Villa Duques!

Recommend this place 100% to anyone looking for great views and peace. Very polite host and always there to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again in this place 💯👍🏽

Great experience in Lisbon Apartment is well-described, comfortable and has everything that traveler could need during short or long trip in the city Location is perfect, I think 6-10 EUR on taxi to the city center, but you leave in modern area with great walking areas, shopping centers, 5 min walk from big grocery store. With super view ! Comfort, friendly attitude and possibility of early check-in or late check-out makes this deal great! Very! fast internet makes remote work easy. If you consider this area and you are okay with T1 apart - this is right choice for sure !

Location of the property was the highlight for me. It was central and the metro station was literally minutes walk away. The apartment matched the description and was perfect for few days stay. It was spotless and had everything one would need. The hosts were responsive, shared local recommendations and were accommodating for late check out too! The only downside was the WiFi. The speed was too slow even for simple browsing but luckily I had good connection on my 5g so wasn’t a problem for me.
