Vacation rentals with a pool in Costa Blanca

Very quiet location, villa was perfect for what we wanted from our stay. Would definitely return. Just a word of advice, make sure you get access to a vehicle as it’s rather remote without and hard to get a taxi/ bus. Again, we knew this and was prepared 👍🏻

Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

Beautiful villa, very well kept, with private swimming pool. Possibility to have a heated pool, which is really a plus during the winter period. Impeccable layout of the villa, everything is well thought out for the well-being of the tenants. Quiet neighborhood near shops, restaurants, etc.... Very good contact with the owner, very responsive and attentive. Great stay twice. Recommended +++

Stayed at this villa in August 2024 and have to say, it has everything you’ll need for a nice and peaceful break. The pool was excellent as was the whole accommodation which was bigger than we thought and the website photos don’t do it justice as it was all amazing! Communication up to the holiday and check in was so easy and even though our arrival was after midnight we were met at the property as promised. You might want to hire a car, or taxi if you want to go to the beach and busier nightlife, although we were happy to be at the villa most days, it was so comfortable. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away which was perfect and had everything we needed. We were 4 adults and 3 children and had loads of room, with this villa having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect! I’d definitely recommend this villa as it is nice and quiet just away from busy areas and a chance to relax and unwind.

We went for a weekend to get away from the city and we found an ideal place to disconnect. The house is very welcoming, with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing.

Had a lovely stay here ideal for a family get together for us and our grown up children Lovely pool and sheltered private gardens Great restaurants all within a 7 minute walk with lots of different cuisine to choose from The beach was a 40 minute walk or or 10 on our bikes and even in November the water was warm Would highly recommend

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We stayed at this apartment, with 4 people. And it war very comforatable and fitting for us. There is A grocery store very near so we were able eat at the house aswell. Overall very nice and absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Thank you Jurgita!

We had a good time, beach is 10mins drive, outdoor area is brilliant, we had 5 family members and everyone could find comfortable spot for themselves.

We had an amazing time in Rafa and Carmen’s place. We had the warmest welcome and all things for our little girl were in place. The kitchen and everything you need to cook a nice meal is there which I think is very convenient in a holiday home. Also the Moraira area is beautiful with great restaurants. We will definitely visit again.

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

We had a lovely time. The apartment matched the pictures, the small pool to refresh was great. Everything you could ever need is available in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned once during our stay of 11 days. The walk to Denia into town was 45 minutes further than we had in mind. Many thanks to Maria, she was always available, the communication was great and we were spoiled with fruit from her own garden.

The property is really lovely and spacious. The highlights are the pool and the view. Pool was the perfect temperature and very clean and the view is spectacular. There are other properties around, but it’s a lovely quiet area. It’s a 5 minute drive from the nearest town (you could possibly walk but the property is up a pretty big hill) and 15 minute drive from the beach. The only concern I had was that was that the wall between the pool and a drop on the other side was quite low. Not a problem for us and our toddler, but would worry me if there were slightly older kids messing around by the pool
