Apartment vacation rentals in Corona Del Mar, Newport Beach

The place was just as described. Furniture was dates and uncomfortable but it was fine and i was there as more of a home and not a vacation. As being displaced from the fires. It served its purpose! It gets hot in the living room as there isn’t AC in the front of the unit.

Loved my stay! The place was extremely clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need, and in a great location!

The space was perfect for the two of us and our pooch. Unbelievable location. We parked the car out front, and walked almost everywhere. Perfect location. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean, as was the bathroom, with a wonderful shower head that was perfection. We look forward to staying again. WE LOVE THE AREA and the rental!

Very responsive and helpful; but not overbearing. clearly communicating messages and very reasonable. place is a great studio for one person. neighborhood is up and coming, but very convineint location. Great place to stay with kids and our dog. Walkable to downtown HB and Pacific City with lots of restaurants. Will definitely be coming back!

Great location, quiet and peaceful apartment

Such a sweet little spot for a budget stay on Catalina! Very cozy and cute. Brian was so helpful and responsive with communication, even let us check in early because they had finished cleaning early. Called me just to let me know we could check in 3 hours early. So kind!

I will definitely be staying here again if I ever get the chance. An amazing and clean home

The place is located right opposite Diamond Jamboree, very convenient! The place is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay and Tyler is very responsive and took care of everything. The only thing is the curtains do not fully cover the window in one of the bedrooms. But otherwise, it was perfect! The parking is also super close to the apartment.

great place to stay. very close proximity to everything and two blocks from the beach. street parking was never an issue and getting around was super easy. the check in and check out were incredibly easy and we really enjoyed our stay.

Super cozy and easy check in ! Everything i could think of was already provided and overall mary was very accommodating !

Had an amazing time staying at Wendy’s! Her instructions were very clear to enter and the apartment was spacious and extremely clean. The area was good with some restaurants and a bar in walking distance. The only downside was that the hot tub didn’t work, but we spent so much time around LA it didn’t really matter.

Loved the place and the amenities! Felt very homey for my 5 week stay!

I LOVED my stay here, it was everything in the description. This place is very spacious and clean with a nice size balcony. I have absolutely no complaints I would DEFINITELY stay again Jerry and melon stay was amazing and very responsive. We brought my son in sleep(3 years old) he woke up in the morning and I heard him do a walk around and he came back to wake us up and said this house is nice lol. So five stars from him as well lol. Thank you again ❤️

Great spot! I loved the interior decor and the view of Downtown LA was great! Comes with parking and was always able to find parking at the structure. Place was great for people watching, viewing the Downtown skyline at night and watching both the sunrise and sunset. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well! James was well stocked with bathroom and laundry supplies, so there was no need to shop for cleaning items, paper towels, or toilet paper. Will gladly stay with James anytime I go to a work conference in LA.
