Excellent stay, right on the water. Beautiful, well equipped house, fit our family of 6 adults and 1 child perfectly.

Jessica's place was amazing, loved the outdoor space to sit after a busy day with a beer. Easy couple of minutes stroll to the town & beach which is absolutely amazing. Very clean, very comfortable beds, great shower. Would definitely recommend to a friend and come back!

This place is a gem. We were so happy with the place. To be honest the photos do not do it justice, as it is awesome. Took the dogs, fully fenced, clean, modern. And the shower was the best ever. Just loved it. We will be going there again and again. Sharon was amazing with communication and let us checkout late. Beautiful. Great weekend away.

Fantastic property in a great location. Great areas with 2 outdoor spaces and really great en-suite with master bedroom being away from the other 2 bedrooms. Really well setup kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again. Host responded very quickly and check in made easy.

The apartment is spacious and modern with stunning views over the marina. It is well equipped with everything you could need. We received clear instructions making it easy to find and access the property. We had a very enjoyable few days exploring the beautiful coastline around Whitianga.

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about David's place. The space itself is spacious, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. Even better, it is RIGHT across from a stunning beach in paradise. David and Sue are incredibly welcoming and were so responsive. Highly highly recommend!

Lovely, caring hosts, who very kindly left us some breakfast, homemade lemonade and cookies! Great location for a family with kids, with a small, beautiful, self-contained garden a 2min walk to a park with a playground. Supermarket cafe and pub a 10-min walk away.

Trevor and his wife have an amazing property that is up kept to the highest standard. With an unlimited amount of supplies and utensils throughout the house, they made the stay very easy and comfortable. They also provided clear instructions around functionality of equipment. Fantastic stay in Matarangi! Beautiful house with beautiful finishings. Very well equipped and had everything you could need. We loved the little touches of luxury everywhere. Super easy walk to the beach, we loved using the big beach trolley to get to and from with all the gear. Amazing location! We travelled over from Switzerland and loved everything Matarangi had to offer. A slice of paradise! Thank you for sending the belongings left behind! We hope to be back in the future! Thank you!

Really beautiful place to stay, quite close to Hobbiton and Matamata. Nice distance from other houses if you're looking for a more private location. Caren is lovely and really responsive.

Portal Cres residence was perfect for the 2 night stay for our group of 6 adults. It is spacious and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable with fresh crisp linen and towels. Communication with Levi is great. Quiet street/area. Will stay again if visiting Hamilton. I recommend this listing for groups of up to 6 people for a comfortable spacious stay in a well equipped home

We had a wonderful couple of days at Kaaren's place. We felt very welcome, the space was really nice and the setting is great. We had our three teenage children with us and we all fit in no problem. We enjoyed the pool and it was a handy base for visiting family in Hamilton and Cambridge is nearby too for good cafe and restaurant options. Pats with Kaaren's friendly shaggy dog was a bonus too.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!
