We loved our stay! The bed was firm but comfortable. The lakes and trails in the neighborhood were truly tranquil and the apt was very homey! The 20-30 min drive to Hot Springs was definitely worth it for the views from the neighborhood/ apt. Our host gave very clear instructions and was very proactive/kind when a winter storm was in the area informing us we were welcome to reschedule or warning to come in a 4wheel drive.

John’s place was perfect for our visit to Hot Springs National Park and Lake Catherine State Park! The condo was easy to find, parking was convenient, everything was clean and comfortable. And it was bigger than expected! The living area was perfect for everyone to watch movies together in the evenings and the dining room table was a great place to share a meal together. John provided everything we needed. Great place! We highly recommend it!

Beautiful, peaceful property with fire pit, tether ball, games, and deck with a wooded view. Cute decor and very comfortable furniture, the property was very clean. The host was very responsive to questions and had clear directions for the check-in, stay, and check out. I highly recommend this location and host.

everything was perfect during our stay. Kevin and Erini were so fast to respond to my texts and we're kind enough to allow us to check in a little early since our flight/trip to Florida got canceled due to a snow storm and we had no where else to go. The house was beautiful !!!!!!

I've stayed at various Airbnbs. This was one of my favorites by far! The location was convenient and quiet. The house was gorgeous! It was extremely comfortable and the beds were cozy. The bathrooms were very clean and had good water pressure (always important). The primary bedroom had a huge walk-in closet which was great to have. Lastly, there were nice little touches, such as extra hygiene items (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton balls, makeup wipes, etc). 10/10 all around!

Wow, this is THE place! I know you’re reading all the reviews and you can read how wonderful this place is but now I can tell you firsthand. You don’t need to look any further. This is the place you want to rent. It’s phenomenal! It’s located up a windy road in the piney woods and you feel like you’re all alone out there. But you’re not far from anything. Beautiful views. Great hot tub. Hot Springs is only 20 minutes away and not a bad drive at all. There are restaurants all around. The home is absolutely perfect, clean as heck, has everything you need, super comfortable. Terri will meet you and lead you up there the first time, and she is a jewel! She is so helpful and showed us everything we needed to know and was wonderful! We have never had such a welcome reception. If ever we go back to the Hot Springs Village area, we will rent this place again without hesitation.

We are originally from the area and were back in town for a funeral. This was a great little cabin for us! Loved the privacy and the view is amazing. We also enjoyed the hot tub! Beds were super comfy and had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast. There was a small issue upon arrival, but the owner was quick to respond and resolve the issue. We will definitely be back!
