The accomodation is at a walkable distance from both the historic center and the train station (around 20 min) and we did everything by foot. Recommend it!

apartment located in a strategic position and equipped with everything you need for short or long stays, bus stop or shuttle from the airport a few meters away, train station 20 minutes away on foot and little less time for the old city, area with local restaurants and supermarkets, spacious and comfortable double bedroom, Mrs. Elisa is very available for check-in and check-out.

Excellent place. Perfect location within the historic center (monuments, seaside, restaurants, shopping malls and multiple amenities within minutes) with a perfect shared terrace. Apartment has all amenities. Special mention for Pamela: very attentive and concerned at all times about the stay, from prior to chek-in to the check-out. They definitely make you feel like home.

The location of Maria’s flat is perfect for exploring the old town. Franco was waiting at the train station to pick me up. Maria was very helpful and replied very quickly to all my questions. Thank you.

Civett House is in a prime location as it is so close to the heart of town yet far enough away to be peaceful. It is a very short walk to the sea wall and to a local grocery store. As we were there during November we did not take advantage of the lovely upstairs patios. The space is comfortable for two adults especially if able to enjoy the upstairs spaces. A special thanks to Bartolo and Lucrezia for checking in with us and their assistance from and to the train station.

It's amazing to stay in the Bari vecchia, surrounded by history at every turn. Francesco's house is an excellent base for exploring and he thoughtfully let us check in early.

Such a great apartment! It was so clean and exactly like the photos. It’s walking distance to all of the restaurants but also on a very quiet street. We really enjoyed our time and we hope to be back!

Extremely attention to detail and very well furnished apartment. Too bad for the area where it is located that is not the best since it is close to the train passage, but it is a 10-minute walk from the center and the stones and therefore it is still recommended as a base to visit Matera.

Lovely stay! The host was so welcoming, the space is exactly as pictured. Easy 20ish min walk to central Monopoli. Parking was a huge plus and very convenient. Great central location to drive to other sites in the area. Loved my time!

The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need to spend a short stay in a central area of the country. Restaurants and barrels are within walking distance and even for the car I had no problem finding a place. Coffee and coffee maker available in the house for the morning when you wake up. Everything was fantastic, and the apartment and the location and the hosts, we had delicious gifts, the beds were very comfortable, it's cozy and has everything we needed, we will come back again if we are visiting Bari again!

The room is taken care of in every detail and the hydromassage allows you to relax between colorful lights and music under a beautiful stone arch!
