Vacation rentals with breakfast in Contra Costa County

We enjoyed our stay! The place was beautifully decorated, clean, well-stocked, centrally-located in a nice, safe neighborhood. It was huge - we had a lot of space for our family to spread out, but also hang out together. Host is friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great place, neat location with a wonderful coffee shop a block away. The parking spot in front of garage was clutch. Those beautiful orange chairs are fantastic! We loved our stay, thank you!

Host was very responsive even though out of country during our visit over Thanksgiving. Well stocked kitchen which we used extensively in preparing Thanksgiving meal. Nice outdoor courtyard with lovely trees. All three bedrooms very ample.

Mika and Ariel were very communicative and responsive to our requests. Our family of four (including 2 little ones) stayed for an extended period of time and they resupplied the home. Value was great for our own space, backyard and parking. Outdoor area was larger than we expected. Unfortunately we could not make as much use as we hoped given how much it rained.

“Hostess’s with the mostes’s!” I thoroughly enjoyed the “not so tiny, TINY house vibe.” It was very convenient with the W&D. There were snacks, and everything was as advertised. It's a trek up that driveway for extended stays with much luggage. I found myself heavily out of breath, going back and forth. The view is beautiful, and the parking is nice but tight. I started to go around so I did not have to U-turn in the middle of the street (too tight). Nice and quiet. Friendly people. A lot of people walk their dogs or exercise in the neighborhood. The hosts were extremely responsive. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I barely saw the family for the two weeks I stayed. Maybe I saw them twice. The children played in their yard, directly adjacent to the BNB once. Hopefully, they have free reign when guests are occupying the BNB. There was a slight issue, and the hosts checked the cameras for my comfort. I'd stay again if they'd have me! The fridge was not cleaned, but that was no big deal!

We enjoyed our stay in an area we don’t often stay at yet is near so many of our favorite restaurants! We came in the winter and the heater worked well, bathroom was accessible and had hand grips and a removable shower chair in the closet for those who may need it which is a great features as the Bay has an active and large disability community. It was raining for our stay so only checked out the deck but the backyard is large, plush, and a beautiful reminder of the diverse trees and plants that surround the area. There was ample parking near the home. Lubia was very responsive and helpful.

We are from China. Our family and one our friend's family had enjoyed our ten-day stay together in Sylvie's beatiful house last month. It is lovely and spacious. Kids loved to play at the courtyard while parents can watch them from the kitchen. The location is perfect, close to groceries, restaraunts and freeways. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Sylvie is very responsive and gave us a lot of advices and helps. Would love to stay here again next time when we come to Bay Area!

This place is modest, but clean, comfortably, and very well-located in the heart of 24th Street, the Noe Valley business and entertainment district.

Ruby's place was exactly as described. It was comfortable and cozy and had everything I needed. The kitchen was particularly well equipped and Ruby was especially attentive to when I ran into a problem. The location in North Berkeley is great , especially since there is no parking limit on the street. Plus, it's only a few blocks walk to the North Berkeley BART station.

What a wonderful week. Made the business meetings that much better because I had a great place to come back to. Thanks for the hospitality! Great location!!!!!

Joe and Katrina's apartment was a good fit for the two of us. An ideal location--right on Broadway and marvelously close to Columbus with its restaurants and shops. And a manageable walk to the waterfront. Being of the third floor was a bit of a climb but then the roof was right above us and easily accessible. The living area with the kitchen right there was handy. The two bedrooms are down the hall so sound did not carry. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of impressive amenities. We weren't short of anything. The rooms are. cleverly decorated. Katrina was welcoming, informative, and responsive. We should gladly stay here again.

Another wonderful surprise was Owen, their amazing pet, who made me feel even more at home. The location is convenient and easily accessible. The neighborhood is well-served with a Whole Foods, Walgreens, numerous cafés, and great dinner spots nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend Rye and Robin’s place to anyone visiting San Francisco.
