The environment is beautiful, the room is fully equipped and clean and hygienic.Just a little suggestion, it's too close to the road, and a light sleeper is best to bring earplugs.Everything else was perfect!Thanks for the nice house provided by the host.

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep for everyone. The outdoor area was a highlight for us! Whether it was enjoying morning coffee with a peaceful view or spending quality time together in the evenings, the setting was just perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Julie's apartment is in a very good location, less than 10 minutes walking to the historic center of Annecy. The accommodation is as advertised, new, very very clean, in a quiet residence. the bedding is perfect. we enjoyed the terrace which has an (oblique) view of the lake, and also the private garage in the basement (it is possible to park a SUV type Toyota rav4). We accommodated 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). One of our best experiences on Airbnb!

We had a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic - easy to find and access from the main road, but only a very short walk into the village. The parking was easy. The apartment was lovely and modern, with a spacious balcony with fantastic views.

The welcome was warm and the apartment on the ground floor is perfect, comfortable and well-equipped. Modern bathroom, comfortable bedding, and quiet accommodation 25 minutes walk from the lake. Shops nearby. Impeccable! Only downside, very capricious wifi!🥴.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

The house is located in a very beautiful unspoiled and quiet environment, at the same time as close to Chambéry / Challes les Eaux. We enjoyed the garden, the indoor and outdoor space, without immediate neighbors or opposite, and the authenticity of this old building with all the comforts needed for a few days of vacation. The instructions given by Gaétan were clear, with indications of the surrounding activities, markets and shops.

We had a great time. The view is beautiful and the environment very quiet. A perfect setting to unwind in the winter.
