I loved my stay at this property. It was very bright and sunny, which created a pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. The place was quiet and perfect for relaxation. A true haven of peace. I highly recommend this accommodation for those looking for peace and comfort.

Beautiful property and most importantly designed well for a family holiday- two bedroom devided by a bathroom (greatfor havingyour kids near but away from other guests), with one more en suite bedroom on the opposite end. The location is extremely peaceful, fantastic for mindfulness with lovely next door neighbours :). We would definitely stay there again.

Very quiet area, highly recommended to have a vehicle, well located and easy access in no more than 5 minutes these city center shops and restaurants. The villa is highly recommended for its spaciousness and services , it has everything you need for a good stay. Thomas, contact staff, you provide us with all kinds of information where to eat to do, etc .

Everything was as described, lovely villa and surroundings, in a nice location. There was everything you need in the kitchen and lots of space. Pool area was great and the kids loved the pool. Beautiful area and a nice walk to the shops and restaurants. Had a minor problem with the cooker but was resolved very quickly. Beautiful place to stay and we would book again.

Lovely clean villa with great facilities in a friendly area. Exactly as described. 5 minutes walk to a small, well-stocked supermarket and 15 minutes stroll to Marina del Rubicon (Playa Blanca centre was a little further along). Nearest beach is volcanic (Playa de las Coloradas) but it’s not too far to Playa Dorada one way or Playa Mujeres (part of Playa del Papagayo) the other way (for the latter, go by car and pay the €3 toll or walk from the end of Playa Blanca) Outside area was great and well equipped, and the pool was lovely and warm. Check in was very easy with the lock-box and Kathleen was easily contactable, providing recommendations in the run up to our holiday. (AutoReisen car hire was great - thanks Kathleen).

Very nice house, we enjoyed the stay a lot. Nice big rooms, the hit is the terrace with a 180 degrees view on sea and volcanoes. The area is quiet, at the edge of Tias village - but access to everywhere in the island very easy. We definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Casa MaVi. It was very peaceful. Marton is an excellent host very responsive and proactive.thankyou for my husbands birthday cake and the little extra touches like charcoal and coffee etc…. The house is tastefully decorated plenty of space for our family of five. The pool is great the kids loved it! This is a place to be in nature and have a peaceful time. It’s off the beaten track a little. A car is essential as mentioned in the listing. The local village isnt too far away and the local shop can be walked if needed. The house manual is great. With recommendations for places to eat, do, surf etc… Marton was also available on what’s app to answer any addition questions. Thank-you for Marton and Victoria for having us.

What an amazing villa, it's stunning, sheer luxury with so much attention to detail, everything is so well thought out. The panoramic views are breathtaking. We spent a week there with our family, spent most of our time at the villa as it was just so beautiful. Heated pool was brilliant and aircon well worth it. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The villa had everything we needed and more. Loved the quiet location, some lovely local restaurants close by, the Rubicon Marina definitely worth a visit. The host Marcia was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, she was so helpful with local information and very quick to respond when we contacted her. We all fell in love with this villa, didn't want to leave and will definitely be back.

Our stay was fabulous, so quiet, relaxed and very beautiful. The villa was amazing and all the surrounding and gardens were tastefully done so much so you didn’t need to go anywhere on hot days just swim and lay by the pool. It was a perfect retreat and holiday. The owners were quick to reply if you needed anything. Lovely stay we can highly recommend this villa.

We were three couples in the villa. As a result there was plenty of room (we like it like that) but one more couple would not have been a problem for us. (I'm not inclined to go on holiday with say 4/5/6 couples but space would not have been an issue). Accordingly, we didn't use the downstairs at all and there was a spare bedroom on our floor. The villa was as described. We didn't want a car so took a taxi from the airport (15 minutes). We gave notice that we would be arriving early, Andrea and Kev said no problem. Pool was clean and a good temperature. Kitchen had everything we needed. We ate out four nights out of seven. Three BBQs with food purchased from the Mercadona in Puerto del Carmen were very successful. Went there on the water-taxi and car taxi back from the supermarket very cheap. Puerto Calero marina is 10/15 minute walk (downhill). Taxi back from the marine easy to find at the rank (day and night). All in all an excellent holiday villa and location.

Spacious place for a group of 12 to enjoy both privately and as a group. Great to socialise when cooking, entertaining both inside and outside. Great amenities (pool! games! gym!)and cooking utensils to cater for all meals during the stay. We would be happy to stay again at thus place. And above all very responsive service whenever we had questions. Thank you!

Perfect villa for our family of 5 with 2 young kids. Would definitely recommend. Location was within walking distance of everything needed.

Wonderful location close to Rubicon Marina and fabulous beaches. If you walk over the hill at the local beach you end up on spectacular coastal hill walks which lead to the Papagayo beaches. Noise levels depend on your neighbours and the house is lovely but perhaps smaller than appears in photos.

We like to spend 2 weeks in winter in Lanzarote. Usually we stay at the same villa but it was not available and we selected this one. We knew the location, and it was really good. Swimming pool is heated and very good for kids, barbecue, table tennis were also a great advantages of our stay and for kids amusement. Highly recommend this villa for families with kids.

We are very pleased with our stay at Pedro's villa. Everything is there, toilet linen and pool linen that smells good and is all soft, little throws next to the couch for cold evenings. Toilet paper, sopalin, dish soap, some coffee, pepper salt oil, some spices, hand soap. The pool is really heated ( even in February) a real treat after a day of sightseeing than relaxing in the water. The residence is really very quiet. The house is well exposed. A car is still welcome for ease. If I really had to give negative points it would be that it would be missing a few coffee spoons (but it can be very French to use as many) and we couldn't find enough to clean the pool which at the end of the week had some dirt. If we return to Lanzarote without hesitation we will take over this rental

Was a wonderful stay at Cassa Rossi, just far enough away from the town, totally walkable and cabs back up the hill were fabulously cheap. Never spent more than 4 euros. The only teensy thing that doesnt get the 5 stars is the location to quite a busy road which you can hear from one of the bedrooms, being an extremely light sleeper that was my only thing. I think if we come next time id change which bedroom i used. The hosts are fabulous and place was immaculate and basically was exactly what we wanted. The washing machine was a godsend with 5 children!!!! Thank you sooo much guys, fabulous stay and im sure we'll be back

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful villa. It is in a perfect location of a peaceful quiet development but within a 10 minute walk of the front at Playa Blanca with a good supermarket 5 minute walk away. The villa has a good layout with a large master and ensuite and kitchen facilities were very good should you wish to cook (the basics of oil, salt pepper, herbs, tea and coffee etc. were appreciated). The pool area was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the heated pool very much though we were fairly lucky with the weather in February. Chris was really responsive and friendly and we would highly recommend this villa, we would love to return.

Our stay at Jon's place was very relaxing. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. With 2 full bathrooms, there was enough room for everyone to use the bathroom after swimming. The exercise equipment is a nice addition. The view from the pool area is lovely, and the parking is very close. The beds and towels are nicer than average, and makes it feel like home. The washing machine had a quick cycle which was nice for washing towels. The dishwasher also makes it easy to relax. The house is very near some nice beaches and the pool is really nice. We paid extra for the heat to be on in December, and it made it warm enough for the kids to swim in even at night. Overall the house is well reflected in the pictures on the listing, but Jon's responsiveness made it an excellent place to stay. We'd highly recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Amazing Villa in a great position, full of all the amenities you might need and with clear check in-out instructions. Communication with the host is smooth and the Villa is to die for!
