Everything exactly as described. Good quality linens and towels. We especially appreciated the beach towels. Check in and check out were very easy. We would definitely return!

Great location, comfortable space for relaxing, our stay was memorable and easy to access including parking. The nearness to the beach was great. Easy access to space and using the unit comfortably. Everything was well-equipped including the kitchen and laundry. Some beach club music noise in afternoons and early evenings. Overall a wonderful time!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Firstly, Marianne was fantastic! She was incredibly responsive and helpful in every aspect. The home itself is stunning and looks even better than in the pictures. The location is perfect. It is very close to town, especially the famed Zona Romántica, but far enough away to provide a serene respite from the hustle and bustle. The house was kept in pristine condition, thanks to Vicky, and her breakfasts are outstanding. Erica’s dinners were delicious and she was very attentive to our gluten-free needs. Thank you! It was a perfect place for a wonderful trip and I cannot recommend it highly enough! If we are ever back in PV, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you again, Marianne!

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Gorgeous home, right in the heart of La Cruz. Easy walking to restaurants, beach, and town square. Our favorite was the pool and all the iguanas in the back yard.

The property is really nice and easy to get in and out. The host is very responsive and attended to everything we needed.

Sheena and Luke were very accommodating and patient hosts. There were a couple electrical issues that they dealt with immediately in spite of it being Christmas. They are very kind and considerate hosts. The house is wonderful with views of the jungle, the sunrise in the morning over the mountain ridges, and the starry night sky, all to the soundtrack that is Mexico...

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

Mar gave great recommendations for local beaches and places to eat that were spot on. Whale watching from the outdoor balcony every morning and evening was our favorite thing. Boogie Howard’s, chairs and small cooler to use was great additions. We were 2 couples with good separation of rooms and own restrooms was perfect for us. Walk to one of best beach we visited the entire trip. Thanks Mar

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Devin was responsive to any questions. Cleaning crew came in weekly and did a great job. Really enjoyed our stay.

Large well-equipped condo with exceptional views and an oversized terrace. The building amenities were fantastic, the rooftop really is the best in PV, and the food/drinks available onsite were incredibly convenient and quite delicious. Also, the location is quite good, a simple shortcut on the beach quickly brings you to all the action.

I had a fantastic stay at Karol’s Airbnb! The home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to relax after long days exploring the area. The location was convenient, and we especially appreciated the local bars and restaurants. Communication with the host was smooth and timely, adding to the overall experience. Luis is very kind and responsive. the apartment is clean and comfortable with ample hot water and good air conditioning that keep humidity down when it got to hot. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood at night, and has a lovely view. The roof terrace is a stunning place to have an evening drink and enjoy the sunset. it is walking distance to many excellent grocery stores and restaurants. it is about a 20 min walk to the beach and main strip. it is halfway up a fairly steep hill, and on the third floor, so be prepared for some slightly strenuous walking. May not be suitable for people who are mobility challenged. If you have no issues with stairs this is an excellent option. highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Lorena was our contact. She was very good about texting back-and-forth and when we needed something, she was quite responsive. Once we got through any language barriers it worked seamlessly. She and her daughter came one afternoon and prepared a multicourse marvelous meal for our family of 12. They were delightful and so pleasant. We loved them both.

Our group of eight had a wonderful stay at Casa Coco! Marge provided very clear instructions prior to checking in and even asked for what groceries and items we would like in the house prior to our arrival. Carmen, the house chef, prepared incredible meals throughout our stay and was very flexible with our schedule! The house had amazing views of the ocean and Zona Romantica below and was conveniently located right next to stairs that lead down to the shops and restaurants below. It was overall an amazing time and we would stay at Casa Coco again!

Matts place was amazing! It is a bit of hike (up either stairs or hill) to get to the place from the romantic zone, but the views are 100% worth it and ubers/ indrive are very inexpensive there and easily accessible. The place had a very local and authentic feel to it and had everything we needed for our stay. Matt was really responsive and allowed for both an early check-in and late check-out to accomodate our travel! I would 100% stay here again. The pool area and roof was wonderful and we even saw the fireworks most nights.

Area was perfect, traveling with 2 little ones and a mobility challenged senior, we were able to walk everywhere. The Villa exceeded our expectations and our hosts were pleasant and attentive. We needed support with the technology which they offered immediately. All in all we couldn't have been more pleased. perfect for a family reunion.

It’s a very nice place . But a little pricey

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

Oscar was very attentive with whatever I needed. bus routes etc. facility very clean and security workers very nice. Pool clean and quiet. Roosters squaking take getting used to but better then sirens.

Great place for a family vacation. We booked last minute due to another host canceling our reservation once we had already arrived. Judith gave us a quick response and was able to get us keys within a couple of hours. Once we arrived at the house we got a tour by Mauricio who was very friendly. Our stay was very pleasant, Mauricio was very attentive and quick to respond any question we had.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. There were lots of spaces to socialize with other guests, and our own private apartment unit with all the amenities we needed. You do need a moderate fitness level for the short walk from the beach/town to the Villa, but we like having a bit of exercise built into our day. Our 1 month vacation zipped by way too fast as we very much enjoyed our stay here.

A very beautiful location and well-secured. The house is close to the Zona Romantica, which has a lot of bars, restaurants, and shops. It is easy to get an uber or taxi to drive you around. The building staff are friendly and professional. This location gets daily cleaning services which always provided clean linens and towels. It is a must book to stay here. We had no issue finding the location nor getting in touch with either host. They definitely made our stay in PV a lot more fun and comfortable.
