Our stay at Victor's place was the best we've had to date on Airbnb. Dora is amazing, strong woman with a wonderful, super helpful life story, always willing to help, loves to welcome guests to her house and makes us feel at home! The city gave us all the privacy we could have and helped us with everything! We won a warm, delicious carrot cake! We simply love! Super recommend! We'll be back for sure!

The house is just WONDERFUL! Everything cute, in the right place, could feel that it was a Home for Mr. Ricardo's family. From the beginning it was very attentive, polite and helpful. The reception of the Dona Nair is was simply amazing, a sensational person. Township helped us on Saturday, and things got delicious. I definitely recommend that you search for a beautiful, cozy, and helpful host location. I'll be back for sure!!❤️❤️

Wonderful place. we got there and we were already thinking about coming back. The house is small but accommodates 10 people peacefully. large bathrooms. warm shower. comfortably room. Beautiful, welcoming and quiet place. It has beautiful landscapes, a place for the fire and a beautiful sunset. Donizeti was great, recommended several locations, took care of everything we needed. As it is rural I suggest to take repellents and citronella to ward off the insects.

Great house, very clean, has everything we need and great location for those who come from São Paulo. Anfetriao extremely attentive and responds on the spot. We'll be back for sure.

What an amazing stay we had at Eduardos home. we absolutely loved this house in this condominium and area. we love it so much that we bought some land on the same street. the aqua park beside is one of the best and the town of Aguas de Sao Pedro is beautiful. Eduardo as a host was everything you could wish for. He was responsive and supportive with any request or issue we had. We will definitely return to this property again for our future trips to Brazil.

We traveled with family and it was a great hosting experience. All very well organized, welcoming space with a special view of the lake. We took our kayak and were able to have fun at the lake and also have a barbecue with everything available. Thanks to the host for hosting.

The stay was great, the only problem we had is that the awning to protect the gourmet area from the rain didn't fix very well on the ground, and the internet was slow… but as it rained little we didn't have so much trouble with it! We made good use of the house and was compatible with the listing.

In São Paulo I am used to waking up to the noises of cars, but there we are graced with the sound of nature. On one side we have a farm as a neighbor, and on the other, an extensive native forest. We spent Carnival 2025 with great joy and fun, and we felt welcomed in the space. Faberson lives up to superhost recognition. However, I leave some opportunities for improvements recorded: - Sunshine on the pool deck (that green sun court in one of the photos of the listing does not exist); - A second ceiling fan upstairs; village council - Renovation of the foosball; - TV in the barbecue area; - Tank or washing machine; - Lubrication on the doors of the bathrooms of the suites so as not to make noise when opening in the morning; - Replacement of the suite 3 sink, as it is very small. Even with these notes, I would return and recommend it to those who are in doubt about the location.
