Great place to stay. full of things to do. resteraunts surrounding the location. walking distance to grocery stores and a mall. Karla had great recommendations and knew of a driving service that was available when we needed them.

Exell has been a wonderful host and the apartment has been the perfect place to stay with our dog for our first week in El Salvador. There are plenty of amenities nearby, and we have been enjoying the residential community. It is very safe and quiet, and we have had plenty of places to exercise our dog and ourselves. The wifi in the house is excellent (300 upload and 200 download), so we have been able to get a lot of work done during our stay. Exell has been the most gracious host. She is so responsive, friendly, helpful, and gracious. We will definitely be booking with Exell for any of our future visits to Santa Ana!

My family and I just finished our stay at Rene and Sabrina’s place. I can only say in a few words how impressive this home really is as the foundation to an excellent trip. My large family of over 20 people were able to have many gatherings without being on top of each other. The caretaker Marvin was always available to our needs easing the stress of not knowing where to find things. The home offered close proximity to many amenities. We didn’t want to leave.

This place is great for a group of friends wanting to spend a weekend /some time away from the hustle of every day life. Extremely peaceful, lake view is amazing, property is gorgeous. I wish I had spent more time. Hosts are very responsive and there is a butler to help with any queries. 10/10 would stay here again.

The place is very nice, it is our second time visiting it and we love it since it is a few blocks from the center of Apaneca. It is super accessible, comfortable, and cozy. Being close to the village center allows you to have nearby restaurants, cafes or places to be distracted if you go for a walk

Our expectations were exceeded as soon as we arrived. The grounds are spectacular, the home immaculate and the decor just beautiful. Don Miguel and Rocio were so accommodating and communicative - we definitely recommend having Rocio cook. The pool and path down to it were immaculate and our group loved playing wiffle ball on the lawns and using the kayaks on the lake and lounging in the open-air living room. The A/C worked great in the bedrooms, and the outdoor living of the rest of the space was right up our alley. Comfy couches, lots of places to enjoy the view. The kids LOVED the swing. There is a house currently being built next door which was accompanied by some unwelcome construction noise which Marco was responsive about and did his best to mitigate. Sounds like that project should be complete mid-2025. We had a great time and would definitely like to come back.

Very nice house with lots of space, comfortable and very clean. You can tell that the owners entertain her well. They have all the comforts to have a great stay. I love my family and me a lot. The patio is big and very pretty. We went to visit the Pueblo that is nearby, everything super cute and the very friendly people. I 100% recommend that house. Thank you for everything!

Diego was an incredibly helpful host from before we even came to his property; when we had questions in El Salvador prior to arriving at his home. As for the home it is the rare place that is even more beautiful than the photos. It is really an incredible house and location and has to be seen to be believed. The pool, the creek, the warm tub, the many gazebos and outside areas, the great kitchen and bedrooms - it was incredible. We are definitely coming back. We stayed at several other places in El Salvador in the month we were there and Diego’s and Matilda’s river house was by far the best in every way. Jennifer the caretaker was very helpful as well and made us feel at home. I don’t usually write reviews but I cannot recommend this place enough.

I loved it!’ What a beautiful place, it definitely felt right at home! It’s cozy, very peaceful, it’s perfect for a couple! My wife and I had a great time, everything is very close from the house such as clubs, restaurants, bars, malls, etc! It is very private, they ask for your ID before you can even get in and that is for any visitors! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful I loved it. It had the necessary, probably could have a few more accessories for the kitchen specially for those who have long staying. It does not have a wardrobe, so plan where to put your clothes and stuff! Everything else was just wonderful, worth the price and most definitely will come back for my next vacations this year! Thank you so much guys!❤️

Jaime is such a kind person! Always stopped to have conversations with us, gave us great recommendations and instructions for how to get to the best places in town (there's a great pupusa place one block from the place and plaza central is about 10 minute walk). Felt safe and secure :)

JUAN TOOK TIME TO PROVIDE ME ACOMODSTION EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FOR A LATE CHECK-IN WITH NOT SO MUCH NOTICE. THE HOME WAS READY ON A TIMELY MANNER SPOTLESS LIKE ALWAYS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUANS PLACE WHILE TRAVELING THE AREA. THIS IS MY SECOND STAY. AND THERE WILL BE MORE IN THE FUTURE DEFINITELY. THANK YOU.

About a kilometer walk from the city centre, and 600 meters from main bus connections. The area itself is guarded with guards and fences, but even without you will have a very safe feeling. Great view on the mountains on the edge of the city. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The community and the home were beautiful, equipped with everything we needed. We couldn’t find the house right away, it was dark and the numbers were barely visible. Luckily the host was able to communicate with us through the camera at the entrance of the house ☺️ We had a couple of setbacks with some things not being cleaned, other than that everything else was fine. Joha was very attentive and apologetic due to the inconvenience and offered to make it right.

This apartment was in a great area, easy access to the Centro as well as Cerro Verde. The rooftop pool and lounge area were clean and had amazing views. The apartment is super safe with great guards at the main gate as well as front desk staff.

Second time staying here and Cassie’s apartment is always a great place to stay. Host is easy to communicate with, apartment is located in a very safe area, with some walkable restaurants. Apartment is very clean and well kept. We appreciated the welcome snacks and water. Definitely recommend :)
