Nice spacious house on three floors with loads of room and a great pool for kids, you will need a car as the nearest supermarkets are a drive away, but is convenient to the aqua park and equidistant to Villamoura and Quarteria

We had a lovely few days and the host was very welcoming, offering fruits and recommendations of places to visit. Will definitely be back!

Stayed at the property for 10 days at the start of September - had an absolutely lovely holidays! Although pool was shared - there was nobody at the pool during our whole stay and it felt like our private pool!Linda was super helpful - organised two cots, the transfer to property as well as droped us to the shop to get some food late in the evening. The house is within 10-15min walk from the beach as well as 10-15min walk from big supermarkets/shops.The taxi costs only 3-4e to get to the supermarkets so there is no need to rent a car unless you plan to travel a lot. Super quiet location so very suitable for families.

The villa was lovely and everything went great! Carmen answered every question quickly and kindly. We have enough rooms for 15 people. Area is really quiet and beautiful.

This villa is absolutely stunning! The best we have ever stayed in. It has everything you need and more. It's extremely spacious, and the pool is a great size. It was all immaculately clean and everything had been finished to a very high standard. Susana was super responsive, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Family of 4 adults, 3 kids (7, 3, 1) stayed 6 nights in Aug 2024. Late check-in accommodated with clear instructions. Hosts did pre-arrival shopping - much appreciated. Great location: 5-min walk to town center (restaurants, grocery), overlooking Med with cool breezes. Next to popular beach parking lot (daytime campers). A/C worked well; ground floor cooler than upstairs. WiFi limited to 5 devices, didn't reach 2nd-floor bedrooms. Pros: Convenient location - Accommodating hosts - Beautiful views - Effective A/C Cons: - Limited WiFi coverage - Beach parking lot crowding and beachgoers parking in front of the property - Access to the beach is difficult for those with mobility issues (stairs and steep hill) Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return. Ideal for families wanting a mix of beach and town accessibility. Recommend for groups comfortable with basic amenities and prioritizing location over luxury.

We had a wonderful stay in this stunning villa in Gale. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of eight plus three small dogs, and we all had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, with Gale Beach just a short walk or bike ride away, and shops and restaurants only a few minutes from the villa. The property had everything we needed for our Christmas gathering, and Rob kindly provided logs for the cozy fireplace. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed making use of the bar area during our stay. The back terrace was a real highlight: it’s a lovely sun trap, perfect for soaking up some December sunshine after leaving the UK! Rob and Jane were exceptional hosts—very responsive and quick to answer any questions. All in all, it was a great Christmas break in a beautiful villa. Perfect!

Daniel is an incredible host (it is our second year using one of the properties in the Loule area that he looks after) who was always willing to go out of his way to help if needed. The property was amazing, the best place we have stayed in by far, with incredible facilities in great surroundings and wonderful space inside and outside. We would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Ana’s. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the internet was very fast - that was important to me as I was working from there. Communication was also great. Ana has the most gorgeous dog, Kiko - so friendly and always happy to see me!! I would definitely stay there again 😊

Nice and spacious House. Pool was clean and 30, jacuzzi even hotter. Excellent communication and welcome by the caretaker!

We had a brilliant time at Bruno's place. we made use of the pool, BBQ and jacuzzi. Everything was included and we wanted for nothing. We hope to stay again soon!

We had a lovely time away for my daughter's first holiday, the weather wasn't great but having a lovely villa certainly made up for it! Helder was very helpful and the villa is so beautiful and clean, lots of space too. We will definitely be back again in the future.

Casa Marafada is situated in a beautiful orchard with orange, fig, olive and carab trees. We had free fresshly picked and squeezed orange juice every morning. The house and its surrounds were perfect for two people to relax on the verandah after a day out. You need a car but then it is easy to visit the mountains, the coast, the major towns and more secluded villages. Supermarkets are on hand for all groceries you may need. Jorge and Ana Maria are perfect hosts. Our introduction included a very informative tour of th orchard. We strongly recommend Casa Marafada.

It was nice house with pool whis is good for children and adult. The beach is close to this house. Everything was good. Only one thing: There could be some basic spice in the kitchen (salt, pepper...), but in isnt problem to buy own in near shop.

Lovely and peaceful stay and a perfect location to explore the amazing area in and around Tavira, a truly underrated part of the Algarve. The house is perfect for a small family. Very chilled, off the beaten path. Great stay and super easy!

100% recommendable! We had such a wonderful time at Sian’s place and would love to come back at some point. House is secluded but not too far away from Faro, Loulé, shops and other amenities. It is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Although there were some works done on the neighboring house, it didn’t bother us too much as it was mostly at the front of the house. We didn’t meet Sian or Anna in person but they were very responsive and their instructions were clear. Big plus: The beds were one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in while traveling!

Beautifully appointed, decorated, fully stocked, pristine home in amongst nature. Could not have asked for a more comfortable home away from home with amazing access to Tavira and Cabanas. Walking/biking trails pretty much at your doorstep. Highly recommend this beautiful home. Shout out to Nina for her full list of amazing activities and restaurants. She was immediately responsive to our questions. We had an amazing vacation.

Awesome place to both recharge and meet good people. Beautiful nature and beach nearby. Cats and dogs are the best company :) Sara was very involved, always friendly and helpful and organizing trips or gatherings. Lovely environment, great for a recharge!
