Vacation rentals with a balcony in Madrid

Great location. Subway right next door. But we did everything on foot because it's really right in the center. We were by car that we parked nearby in an underground public parking lot on the owner's advice. But you have to know that it's a hell of a budget. Basically €76 for 44 hours if you pay at the automatic checkout. And good to know, €60 through the person who is at the counter on level -1 if we warn that we are for rent Airbn 'b

The apartment was very clean and tidy and quiet, met all our expectations and was easily walkable to lots of interesting parts of Madrid

The apartment in Barrio de las letras was absolutely perfect!!! It was in the best location - right next to wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars - yet tucked away so it was never noisy. It is an easy and lovely walk to the Prado museo, Reina Sofia, El Retiro & Puerta del Sol. The mattress was extremely comfortable and the apartment was stocked with all of the necessary amenities! The bathroom had plenty of storage/counter space and the hot water was quick with great water pressure. Some fyis - the entry hallway of the apartment is more narrow than expected and the bedroom small but the apartment itself was roomy enough. We could hear the steps of people who came up/down the stairwell and there is a light that turns on/off in the hallway with movement but closing the sliding doors resolved those issues for us. There are also pets in the complex but we only heard dogs barking a couple times in the evenings. Overall - a wonderful stay and one we would love to return to!!!

Great flat in great location. All amenities nearby with easy access to the city centre and Casa de Campo. Loved our stay!

Apartment of excellent location, very nice, comfortable for 4 people, impeccably maintained, clean, with everything you need for a stay as at home. The only thing you should keep in mind is that during the night, especially on weekends, it's a little noisy because there's a lot of night movement.

Clara's place was perfect for our group! Great space, all the amenities we could ask for for our stay. Amazing location, very walkable to all the attractions we were interested in, with tons of restaurants in the area.

I loved my stay here! The location was perfect and the apartment was exactly what I hoped it would be... had everything I needed for a week in Madrid. They've poured a lot of love into the place and it came through! Would absolutely recommend this place to a solo traveler or a couple.

A gem of a place! Whereas a lot of Airbnbs these days feel impersonal and thrown together by institutional investors, this is a place with actual character and a human touch. Besides being stunning, it’s very conveniently located to explore Madrid on foot. There’s so many great sights and restaurants around! Javier himself was incredible. He went out of his way to help us when we needed anything and got us reservations at some of the best restaurants we’ve ever tried. Absolutely recommended!
