Vacation rentals with a balcony in Madrid

This place was perfect, it was quiet and near many places. It was clean and spacious with comfy furniture and beautiful natural lighting. The best part is that the doors for the balconies swing open so you can relax and listen to the world around you. You’re in the middle of restaurants, historic sites, viral spots, and their vibrant night life. While staying here we walked around and found many places open until 5AM to include food, there were no shortage of things to do. It is also approximately 30 - 40 minutes away from stadiums and the airport. It’s near many train stations so transportation is super easy. I recommend getting a transportation card. Overall I would recommend anybody to enjoy a stay here.

The location is perfect, if you go shopping in Gran via you can leave the bags and continue buying more without any setback. The amount of gastronomic and recreation offer around is great and I would definitely stay here again.

The home was clean when we arrived and accurate to its description. Easy to get to and very near the centre and all shops. Highly recommend for those wanting a short stay.

This is a great place in a great neighborhood, but the going to a separate locker location to get the keys on the way in was cumbersome and caused confusion on our part.

Beautiful, spacious,clean, nice patio, close to a día super market and lots of cafés, casa de campo, latina neighborhood, righ next to puerto de Ángel station. Beware Street working Is only for four hours. We got a $90 ticket. A lot nearby was around $20/24 hrs.

Clara was a wonderful host! She gave us a quick overview of everything & showed us local places on a provided map. The location is great, and felt safe for 3 women staying there! Thank you Clara!

We found Maria's place to be comfortable and decorated in a very fun manner. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen areas had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the location! Small one way streets with fruit market, small grocery and bagel cafe very close! We found great restaurants every night. It is a fun vibrant neighborhood with lots of energy. Taxis very easy to find everywhere!!! One thing to note is that Maria's flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Luckily we travel with carry on suitcases so made it up fine...just a little workout for our almost 70 year old bodies. We would definitely stay if we are ever in town again.

A gem of a place! Whereas a lot of Airbnbs these days feel impersonal and thrown together by institutional investors, this is a place with actual character and a human touch. Besides being stunning, it’s very conveniently located to explore Madrid on foot. There’s so many great sights and restaurants around! Javier himself was incredible. He went out of his way to help us when we needed anything and got us reservations at some of the best restaurants we’ve ever tried. Absolutely recommended!
