We had a fabulous few days, we were at home, very comfortable. The house is very nice, everything clean and tidy. The area is very quiet and with easy access to all the points of interest to visit. Daniel waited for us on arrival, he was very friendly and we were welcomed with some very rich typical Asturian sweets. All of ten.

The flat is super well, the photos match the place, you feel at home. There are details in the kitchen that are to be appreciated, phenomenal cleanliness, tidy and you have an electric broom that makes you a great apartment. Very tastefully apartment. Thank you for your flexibility in and out.

We just spent a few days with our family. The accommodation is just as you can see in the photos, everything is very new and clean. Very comfortable and large beds. The kitchen well equipped with necessities. Also highlighting the proximity to the beach, the pool, which my children always use and the garage square. We'll be back.

The apartment is true to the pictures, the area is pedestrian and there are bars on the street, the house is on the first floor, it has some noise, but it is to be expected. Mariate's service is good, available every time we spoke to her. The location of the house is very good for getting to know the center of Santander, the decoration is very nice, and the pellet stove gives it a touch for cold winter days. We were very happy with the apartment, we recommend it without hesitation.

Great house, well, it could almost be called a museum! Decorated in detail, very nice and with all the amenities, fully equipped. We were very comfortable for a few days! A dream weekend in a house that has everything, you feel right at home, but surrounded by tranquility and silence. Maria Consuelo is a sweetheart. You can tell how much she loves the house because of how well she takes care of it, and also those of us who stay there.

It was a very clean and spacious apartment. Too bad we were out of season, because there wasn't much to do nearby.

New and very clean. Large, covered balcony in the studio apartment - but overlooking the traffic circle. Short walk to the old town/harbor and large supermarket around the corner. From our apartment we made a beautiful coastal hike to Playa Poo, which we highly recommend.

Our stay there has been spectacular, it is in a very quiet area. Pedro makes everything you need at your disposal. A viewpoint glass that lets in lots of light and that's spectacular in the day, but comes in too much at dawn. I wouldn't hesitate to repeat because everything I can say is good. We stayed for 3 nights during our Northern Spain trip. The apartment was very cozy and you can enjoy a great view of the mountain and the sea from the terrace. Teresa was super friendly, gave us accurate instructions and gave us recommendations for the region. We were very satisfied and would be happy to come back!

The apartment is small but for what we wanted it to be sleeping was great, it has a lovely terrace the pity that we could not use it for the bad weather but it would definitely repeat

Great house - clean and comfortable. The kitchen/living space is small for 5/6 people (fine for 4 or less) but as long as the weather is good the garden makes up for this. 2 good showers and the shared pool was always quiet. convenient to havr on site parking and Jose is a very welcoming host.

Quality accommodation within walking distance of the town of San Vicente de la Barquera. This two-floor flat is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. The garage space is useful but most days we were able to park in the street right outside the flat. Good to have a swimming pool too, though the beaches nearby (San Vicente, Oyambre, Comillas ...) are so good, we didn't make use of it. Highly recommended for a holiday in this area.
