Rebeca was very friendly and quick to answer us. It was always available. The house was very clean and everything was quite new. The views one pass and very close to the beach. Another point in favor, you can take your dog with you, that for those of us we have a pet is very important.

Very good value for money, the apartment is spotless and clean. Large patio area, all very well kept. Easy access to the bus that goes to the beach. The only one but it's very difficult to park in that neighborhood. Otherwise it was a very good experience

Patricia is a delightful host. She was friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble for her. We were able to check-in early, which was wonderful for us. The apartment was perfect for us, and ideally situated for restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarket and other specialist food shops. A bus stop was near by and the local bus service was very good. We loved our stay in Patricia's apartment, and the city of Santander, and very much hope to return.

Everything was great,the apartment was impeccable,clean and tidy. Very helpful at all times,kind and accessible. We felt right at home. Thank you for everything.

We just spent a few days with our family. The accommodation is just as you can see in the photos, everything is very new and clean. Very comfortable and large beds. The kitchen well equipped with necessities. Also highlighting the proximity to the beach, the pool, which my children always use and the garage square. We'll be back.

The apartment is faithful to the images, the area is pedestrian and there are bars on the street, the house is a first floor, some noise has, but is to be expected. Mariate's treatment is correct, available every time we talked to her. The location of the house is very good to know the center of Santander, the decor is very well cared for, and the pellet stove gives it a touch for cold winter days. We were very happy with the apartment, we recommend it without hesitation.

A haven of peace and warmth in the loveliest of cities. This apartment really has everything you could possibly need, even things you didn’t know you needed (like gummies, micellar water pads, sunscreen, a cordless phone charger and clothes drying rack.) It was perfectly clean, had great hot high-pressure showers, beautiful views, a comfy enormous bed, was close to the beach and delicious restaurants. Maria and her daughter gave me excellent recommendations!! Would have liked to stay all winter. Thank you both for everything, including the warm welcome! Special shout out to Angel who let me park in front of his garage, and the neighbor cat, whom I eventually won over.

Great house, well could almost be called a museum! decorated to detail, very nice and with all the facilities, fully equipped. have been a few days where we were very comfortable! Nestled in a stunning natural setting, it offers a perfect experience to disconnect from the daily bustle. The house combines rustic style with modern comforts, creating a cozy atmosphere. Rooms:The rooms are spacious and bright, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Amenities:The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a living room with a fireplace, ideal for relaxing in the evenings. Activities:The location is ideal for hiking, biking and other outdoor activities. Exterior: the house has a private parking area, barbecue and sunbeds, ideal for when it's good weather. I recommend the house 100%, Claudia who welcomed us on our arrival was a charm at all times.

Privileged environment, the house is partially renovated and the living room has unbeatable views. The kitchen, new, is not missing any detail. The green areas and terraces are also a spectacle. We spent a few days, family of 4 with a really fun pet. The visits in the area and the gastronomy also of 10.

I had a wonderful stay at Gabriel's and his fathers house! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and thoughtful, with complimentary treats that made us feel right at home. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is fantastic – just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for enjoying the sun and sea. Plus, there's a great bakery nearby that became our daily stop. New and very clean. Large, covered balcony in the studio apartment - but with a view on the roundabout. Short distance to the old town/harbor and large supermarket around the corner. From our apartment we made a beautiful coastal hike to Playa Poo, which we highly recommend.

It's everything as described in the apartment listing. Clean, equipped and very well-located. Very quiet area, wide terrace and beaches very close without needing to take the car. A great place to disconnect and enjoy the infinite Cantabria that are called.

Everything impeccable! Teresa super loving, she was always on the lookout, she gave us a lot of recommendations for walks and restaurants. The house is beautiful, incredible views. You can breathe total peace and be able to see the horizon with mountains and sea is priceless. The super-equipped depto, beautiful decoration and very comfortable. Everything in perfect condition. The apartment is small but for what we wanted it to be sleeping was great, it has a lovely terrace the pity that we could not use it for the bad weather but it would definitely repeat

Great house - clean and comfortable. The kitchen/living space is small for 5/6 people (fine for 4 or less) but as long as the weather is good the garden makes up for this. 2 good showers and the shared pool was always quiet. convenient to havr on site parking and Jose is a very welcoming host.

Quality accommodation within walking distance of the town of San Vicente de la Barquera. This two-floor flat is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. The garage space is useful but most days we were able to park in the street right outside the flat. Good to have a swimming pool too, though the beaches nearby (San Vicente, Oyambre, Comillas ...) are so good, we didn't make use of it. Highly recommended for a holiday in this area.
