House vacation rentals in Columbia County

This place was great and very accommodating for my group! We stayed here to be close to Knoebels for the weekend while also being far enough away from the Halloween hustle and bustle. The host was awesome at communicating and even let us check out late since no one followed our stay. The kitchen and living room were beautiful and spacious, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve all slept in! I would love to stay here again if I’m ever in the area and would recommend to anyone.

We stayed here while visiting family over Thanksgiving. The place was clean and kitchen was well stocked to do some Thanksgiving meal prep. Linda was very responsive and accommodating.

Highly recommend booking with Verna. The property and hospitality were fantastic.

We stayed at Zhargals’s place as it was close to Knobels. The house was nice and spacious. Would recommend if you want to go to Knobels as it’s only a 30 minute drive.

Had some family stay here for a wedding weekend. Lots of amenities and no issues! Hosts were friendly and helpful.

The host was incredibly responsive and polite. The travel time to get there took longer than expected and they were gracious in accommodating us despite that. The retreat was clean and located in a beautiful area close to Ricketts Glen, which has one of the most beautiful hikes to be had. For a peaceful natural getaway with beautiful surroundings, I’d highly recommend this stay.

My family needed a place to be together after a death in the family and this was perfect. Some of us had to travel with our dogs and finding a “dog friendly” place can be a challenge. The house has rustic charm and out in the country, away from people. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely look at this an a future option when we come to visit.

Amazing location and house! Only issue we had was finding it! They sent over instructions from the ricketts glenn hotel but we drove right past because the numbers aren’t visible from the street. There was a gate that just looked like someone’s back entrance but it was in fact the gate we had to go through. We contacted them as soon as we realized we didn’t know where it was and everyone was responsive. There were neighbors that were helpful! The place is amazing and i would 100% stay here again. The only recommendation i would have is to have a fan for each room because the whole house fan wasn’t enough when the temp was in the 90’s. Not sure that’s super common so may have only been an issue in the heat wave. Again the hosts were super nice, and responsive and the location and home were amazing! We went with 5 kids and they could have just stayed there and played all day! Deer frolicking through the fields and lots of birds at the feeder! 10/10 and would love to stay again soon

This stay was absolutely amazing! This gem of a home was exactly what we needed the quiet was beyond quiet and we enjoyed every moment! We will be coming back again….and I LOVED our little visitors a few little LADYBUGS 🐞. Thank you Michael for hosting us; we truly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful warm inviting home. Karen and Tim

This place was exactly what we wanted. Loved it and loved the location. We were able to walk to everything we needed. The place was so nice and clean. We will definitely be back.

A little outdated and the water smells a little funky but very clean and spacious.

We had a great stay!! It was easy to find and there were plenty of things to do in the surrounding areas like, dining, shopping, amusement park or just walking around the neighborhood. Rhea was an outstanding host and would highly recommend her. We look forward to coming back again next year!
