Super exceptional setting. Worth it to overlook the ocean, and see the stars at night . Elegant trophy style design of house and was super clean everywhere. The pool is perfect to cool off. The sound system for entertaining is top notch , klipsh speakers and a lot more . Dont miss there is an extra bathoom in the outdoor living area . Setting is beautiful how house is one with the landscape. Everything is so close in st barts no matter what location you are at . The several extra beach towels were valuable. Communication was 5 star and owner has a concierge / helper/ cleaner that answers questions quickly and knows everything. The Hotel Christopher was excellent for top class breakfast, only 1 min drive/3 min walk. Everyone in our group loved this place and the great service of the host and team.

This place is perched on top of a hill with a magnificent view. Perfect for reading, stargazing and general relaxing - yet not far from the Lorient, St. Jean and Gustavia. Two bedrooms with excellent AC and the rest of the house is an open-air plan. We loved waking with the roosters and hanging with the turtles. It was perfect for our small family but probably not ideal for someone high maintenance. Felt like a tucked away artist retreat - and we can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful view, great location. The host was flexible with our check in. It is best deal on the island. Very nice surroundings and the host was very friendly, she made us feel right at home. Highly recommended.

We found villa 3 excellent ! Good facilities . The villa is at the top of a steep hill which was a challenge as we didn’t have a hire car some of the time! Having said that a 5 min walk down the hill. Nd u find s great Casino store! All you need for your stay! Fresh bread daily! The food at the restaurant at the bottom of hill was excellent (BZH) . We didn’t try the restaurant at next to Casino but we’re told it’s good too! We suggest you book a table as they were turning people away on both times we dined there! Mama pizza is also very good! We failed in our attempt for a pizza delivery but we were reassured they did delivery! We ate in and enjoyed! L’ Escale is highly recommended for breakfast or lunch! The plat du jour was simply excellent ! Only 5-10 mins walk from bottom of hill. Sophie and her daughter were very helpful during our stay! Arranged car hire via Sophie for a few days! Also recommended a reliable taco to take us to airport! Overall a great stay

Our second time at this villa and we are already planning our next visit ! Just can get enough of the view!!! Dmitri is amazing host, very helpful and responsive. And his stuff on site Greg is great! We arrived late due to flight delayed and asked for food delivery service recommendations, and Greg offered us to deliver food from his restaurant right to our arrival. It’s was very nice and delicious we appreciated it since been very tired and did not want to go anywhere. Just not enough space here to describe how great this place is. I’m an Airbnb host myself and very picky when it comes to guests service and cleanliness of the place. Both got my A++++ . Thank you again for hosting us!!!

my wife and I absolutely loved the view. the property was everything we hoped for. my only remarks and not a complaint. if you speak English you'll need a translator app. once I figured that out i was good. Definitely recommend staying here. and our host was great. my highest remarks!

Great spot - very quiet, lots of space for a smallish property - the outdoor shower and 2nd half bath were so useful and meant we never had any issues getting ready for dinners etc. Beautiful view, property was really pleasing to be in, felt right at home immediately.
